Erkan (Rick) and his colleagues were super helpful and really went the extra mile when I found out after purchase that the Ford Escape we first selected did not have an important feature (the garage opener). The Escape that did have the feature also had a bunch of others that I liked, but they didn't have that trim on the Koons Sterling lot. Not only they arranged taking the first Escape back and exchanging it for the one I wanted, but they even sent a driver to Koons Falls Church to bring that other car for me, so I drove the first car in and drove out the dream one, and I only paid the price difference. I have been buying from Mike Zeller for years and Sheehy even longer. I had a problem with my current car and I needed to get another one. I bought one, and was not happy and brought back. I assumed that was it, I was stuck with no car to take my wife and me anywhere or work or anything. The day after I brought back the first car, Mike reached out to me and said he may have an option. He told me his thoughts and I was so excited I almost cried! In my current situation, the stress of fixed income and no car was so overwhelming. He kept working and found the right one. Friendly and very helpful. Through a miscommunication with the dealership, I went home with a car that lacked an optional feature I wanted. Even though the sale was final and they didn't have to do it, sales manager Steve, salesperson Dylan, and business manager Chris, wound back the deal and put me into a vehicle with all the features I wanted, even though they had to source the new vehicle from another dealership. I found that level of care and willingness to take care of me exceptional. They gained my trust and loyalty for any future Ford I will buy.

This place is top notch. I bought a vehicle back in 2023. I called them to have them send me a picture of a truck that I wanted from them that had already sold. They informed me that I could have them do all the modifications at there shop. So I shopped the country and I bought a truck in Tennessee and had it shipped to Krietz Customs in Maryland. They fit me in, and I had it shipped to my house in Massachusetts. I was so impressed with how easy of a process this was. This company is top notch! My wife and I happen to be in Maryland for a wedding about a year later with my truck. I wanted to have new custom upper control arms done on it so I swung by and met all of the friendly people I had only met on the phone a year prior. Great buying experience. The staff was awesome. The sales person did not pressure us. Spent a lot of time with us as we test drove multiple vehicles. This is the 7th car we have purchased from Koons and it was the best experience yet.

I would like start off by saying everyone at this dealership was amazing but one individual person really stuck out and made our experience amazing this was Brandon he helped my get my dream vehicle all in the same day while making sure I was comfortable and also offering water, coffee and anything else we needed he truly was awsome and so patient with us trying to get us the best deal and my dream vehicle all in one. I called Jerry?s Ford to ask about a car I found on the website. Paul answered the phone and was able to answer all of my questions. I made an appointment to test drive the car later that week. Paul was waiting for me and showed me the car and again answered any questions I had. Following a test drive I decided to purchase the car.
