I went in to look to find a used Car and walked out with a new Rave 4. I was very impressed with Heather and her knowledge of the Cars and her no pressure sale ability. From the time I met her I felt really comfortable with her. And the finance people were great I had a great experience with them and would recommend them to anyone. I got a great deal and Love my new car.
I worked with Tim to finalize the purchase of my 1994 Land Cruiser. We communicated both by text and phone calls. He was very responsive, and addressed all my needs in a timely manner. As we were finalizing the deal, I even got text messages from John and Carrie (the owners). They wanted to let me know they appreciated my business and regretted being unable to meet me in person, as they were on vacation at the time. They did a complete service on my vehicle prior to purchase, and the Toyota dealer confirmed that all work had been done properly and showed good attention to detail (I think TLC was their actual phrase). I’ve dealt with unscrupulous used car salesmen in the past; there wasn’t a whiff of that in any of my dealings with K & B.
It was a positive experience and I would buy from them again.
They fixed the oil drain plug. Its not stuck now and can finally have its lifetime oil change. Thank you Lithia of Fresno for screwing it up. And thank you Crater Ford for fixing their screw up and keeping us on the road.
My wife and I were pleased with our buying experience at Crater Lake Ford. We had done our homework and knew what we wanted to pay as well as our expectation for our trade in ( 2014 Taurus SHO which was also purchased from CLF). The price we paid was less than we were prepared to pay.
There was a defect in one of the trim pieces on the car and when noticed, CLF ordered a new part. We brought the car in unscheduled on a busy day and were prepared to wait for a slot. The service writer (Jason) went out to the car, removed the defective trim and installed the new one. No technician required and we were in and out quickly. Exceed our expectation.
This was the fastest, easiest car purchase I have ever had. I did my homework before going to see the dealer and that really paid off. Also, I asked a service employee at the dealer who to ask for in sales. Got the best guy! All things were lined up so it was very smooth...also helps if you are paying cash.

I went to Bryce to buy my first car from a dealership. He made it super smooth, easy, and fast! He always kept the process light and fun! He was super helpful and worked very hard to find me the cars I wanted. I’ve used him 3 times for trading in/ buying my cars and will continue to go to him. I went to Crater Lake Mazda looking at their new cars. It was a pleasure working with the Mazda Manager. There was no pressure with the sales pitch. All our questions got answered, we went for a test drive and he gave us time to discuss by ourselves what we wanted to do. When we asked about comparing other makes to the Mazda I felt we got an honest assessment of the pros and cons of various makes. We were on a tight time schedule and they did an outstanding job of completing all the paperwork and financing quickly. I would definitely recommend the dealership!
