One of the most pleasant car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Our salesperson Riley was very knowledgeable and friendly. No high pressure at all. Ray, in the finance dept was also very helpful and explained our options clearly. We were very pleased with the experience!
Everyone that we came in contact with was extremely friendly, competent, and professional. They are a small town dealership with an impressively large selection of makes and models. I researched dealerships for weeks within 250 miles of my hometown. This included St. Louis, KC, Memphis, Tulsa, and Little Rock. I chose them because they had the best selection of what I was looking for. I was prepared to go elsewhere but after meeting the staff and negotiating the deal, it was a no brained and we traded with them. Did I mention I drove 3 hours on Memorial Day to do this?
Sent in a request and moments later had a call and email for reply. Set up a time to see the vehicle which was 1.5 hours away. They brought the car (already detailed) to the front door for us to test drive. This was to be a replacement vehicle for the one that was totalled but we hadn't settled with insurance yet. Left a deposit and returned a few days later where the vehicle was all ready. A couple signatures and we were driving home, and all the paperwork arrived 2 days later. No tricks, no pressure, they didn't try to persuade me into a more expensive vehicle; just simple, fast and friendly service.
The drive to Aurora was well worth our time and money. The customer service they offer is amazing. I would recommend our salesman Willie to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. We have purchased vehicles in Springfield from larger dealerships and the service is not comparable.There was a minor tear in the seat that the dealership agreed to fix. They drove to Republic to pick up the vehicle to repair and even washed it before returning. The financing process was seamless.
My husband I had been looking to purchase a 2015 Explorer and Jimmy MIchel Motors had the best selection. I visited the website to look at their inventory and inquired about availability and had a response within a few hours. Our salesman was efficient and not pushy. The whole process was flawless. We picked out the vehicle, agreed on terms and secured financing in a few short hours. My husband and I highly recommend Jimmy Michel motors.
First off - In my previous job I was the Internet Sales Manager at the largest dealership in Wyoming so I am very knowledgeable of fair market prices and how the car sales process works...This weekend I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from this dealership. My salesman's name was Kiefer Scroggins. I had set the appointment the day before through the Internet Manager (Sheila Jackson). FYI... their Internet department is fantastic! Very quick to return my call on the inquiry that I had made through their website and helpful in setting up the appointment for a test drive. Back to Kiefer... Kiefer is a very professional, educated and detail oriented young man. He definitely does not fit the old-fashioned, dreaded car salesman stereotype that we all have dealt with in the past. He was very polite and extremely thorough and seemed to have in-depth knowledge on not only the vehicle that we wanted to purchase, but all Ford makes and models. He did a great job of explaining and showing us all the vehicle's options and capabilities. There really wasn't much deal making that had to be done. I had done my homework on comparing the wholesale vs retail costs of this and other similar vehicles within a 250 mile radius. This was by far the best pricing on this model vehicle that I could find. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership (and would highly recommend asking for Kiefer) the next time you are in the market. Bought a used Escape - Willie in sales and the internet sales person at the dealer were excellent. Vehicle was extrememly clean and detailed to perfection! Purchase process was good - the usual attempts to add on - but low key. Chad was helpful on closing as well. Took the car in last week for some small dent removal promised on purchase - great job. Would recommend the drive to Aurora if you want good service.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Republic Ford. What a fantastic place!!!
If you are in the market to buy a vehicle, you should go and talk to the salesperson that we dealt with. His name is JR Farlow… He was by far the most friendly, knowledgeable and patient salesperson that I have ever dealt with. He fought hard to get us the best deal possible with a NO PRESSURE attitude… I will continue to buy all my future vehicles from this super nice guy…. Salesman was eager to sell me a car. Afterward found a scratch on it. Called the salesman & he said he would get back with me.never heard back so I took care of the problem myself. Next the financing was not good. I was give a 6.25% interest rate. I told the finance ma my last car was 2.9% and his response was rates have gone up. Now 3 months later I check with my bank and guess what I got a 2.74% rate. Not happy overall.
I literally searched nationwide for the the amazing deal and service that I received from Republic Ford and could find nothing to match. Chris was receptive to our needs and what we were looking for in a vehicle, yet provided for than what we were looking at in a Ford Escape for the same value. They took amazing care of us! Randy Pace was very perceptive in providing what we needed in financing. I can't
speak highly enough of everyone we encountered at this dealership was absolutely fantastic. I will highly recommend them!!
Good to deal with. Didn't have to struggle with them to get the fair price I was looking for. Had a couple things that I wanted repaired. They were more than happy to take care of my concerns. Staff friendly, & offices comfortable & clean. Great experience.
Love the service department at Reliable Chevrolet. Chris Salesky provided over the top customer service today for which I greatly appreciate. Feels good to know I can trust my car to Reliable Chevrolet!
After a drive by a few days prior, I decided to stop in to the dealership late on a Saturday. Jesse greeted me at the door and was very informative about the MDX I was interested in seeing. I had never owned an Acura vehicle and was a bit skeptical until he started describing all the features the car had. Jesse was knowledgeable about the vehicle, not pushy, and gave me the keys for a test drive. When I made the decision to purchase, Jesse had things underway and ready upon my arrival. He and Aaron made the deal easy to complete. Overall, an Awesome Experience! Fyi ??? the dealership is the most modern I have experienced in town with it's amenities and relaxing atmosphere. Now I'm not dreading the service department as I have a good place to hang out if I decide to wait on my car.
This team is very responsive and cares about their guests! I submitted several requests to various dealerships looking for a vehicle and though I received initial answers back, Oakley is the only one that cared enough to stick with me and help me find a vehicle that fit my budget and taste. With them being in Branson and me in Springfield, I didn't want to make several trips back and forth. I wanted to hash out the details beforehand to ensure it was a workable choice for me and my budget. Chad patiently let me hash out the details with him beforehand via text and email so I didn't have to make several trips there. Chad sent me pictures of the vehicles that fit within my guidelines and I went over the links and carfax reports with a fine tooth comb, texting him questions along the way as they came up. He was very responsive and worked with me the way I wanted to handle it (via text and email). Chad had Chris go ahead and get me pre-approved for the loan and when I finally narrowed down my choices, all I had to do was make one trip there to test drive and make a decision! Bada Bing, Baba boom! Doing it this way worked well for me. I didn't feel any pressure to make a hasty decision at all and it proved to be an efficient trip when I went. Chad's goal was to find the right vehicle for me and he nailed it! I highly recommend this dealership and Chad!!
Diagnosed the issues I was having with my car quickly and got parts orders and repaired before time frame quoted. Can trust they will look out for your best interest!
