I have had my car serviced at this location since 2011. I've always had a good experience. Although I've never bought a car at this Maxwell Ford, I would recommend the service department. I especially like that they have female service advisors.
I have a 2012 Ford Focus so naturally my car has needed to be serviced many times. Every service technician I've ever worked with has been incredibly kind, and patient with all my questions. My last two visits were with Jason and he is great. He talked me out of pushing my car off a cliff. Highly recommend!

Miguel Ochoa was an amazing sales person, helped me a ton. So did Howard Sellars, they both did the best they could in their power to satisfy my purchase. I left extremely happy and more than sure to come again if ever thought about another car purchase/trade in.
Jackie and Jason are the best. Austin Ford service has become unreliable at best. Maxwell Ford is less convenient for me, but the service is done well, on time, with communication and no surprises. It’s worth the drive, and I will return. I’m glad I found Maxwell Ford’s Service Dept in Austin.
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
Dave met me before 7:00 am, and got me right in for my 30,000 mile service on my Sonata. He notified me of a couple of minor recalls that I had not received notice of from Hyundai, and had me out in under two hours. He helped me get my Hyundai information corrected, so it was a good visit. I drove past another Hyundai dealer to get there, and it was worth the drive...
Brought in my 2014 Denali Yukon to trade for a new body style gmc. Found what I was looking for and they fixed all the issues I had with the vehicle. There was just one thing there were a lot of little things. Taillight, sunroof, headliner, interior carpet and a few other things. They were all addressed without any questions. They had the car more than a few days for the fixes and loaned me a car for the wife and kids while it was there. Very happy with salesmanship and service. Top notch! Will purchase again when I’m ready for a new truck.
