Okay, so overall my entire experience was pretty awesome. I was unbelievably nervous about it but once we were greeted and talked to the process went so much smoother. My car salesperson, Josyln Kershaw was very friendly and very kind! I adore her and I'm so thankful that I was able to have such a relaxing and simple car buying process. So thank you for being so sweet and answering any and all questions we had! You have a very professional environment and kind too!
Luis was very friendly and helpful, as was the lady that helped us fill out the paperwork. The process was very quick. We love the idea of the “forever warranty”. The additions to the truck were done quickly and done well (bed liner, bed cover, mud flaps).
The crew changing oil on the morning of June 2nd were courteous, speedy and did a solid job of performing their responsibilities. They informed me of deficiencies with other checkpoints beyond changing the oil. Filter, tire and lights.
We were having brake issues on our 2011 Ford Edge and needed the oil changed and tires rotated. They did the "works" oil change service which includes rotating the tires, fixed the braking issue (which to my surprise was covered by warranty), and washed the car. Great facility, people and service. I highly recommend.
