I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership, I drove 50 miles out of my way because they had the SUV I was looking for, I did most of my research online and set up an appointment. I was greeted by the SUV sitting out front running and warmed up! The salesman took down my DL info and said go take it for a spin. I love it when they have the trust in you to let you drive it without them, I don't need to hear about all the bells and whistles until I actually like the way a vehicle drives. I returned to the dealer and met with the finance dept, not only did they finance me on the spot, I was driving my new SUV home within the hour I drove in. Prompt, courteous, treat you like family and no other dealer was even close to their price. Worth the 50 mile drive each way? MOST DEFINITELY

Great dealership! Eric is very easy to work with, very friendly and all vehicles are priced competitively. Writing the deal is quick and easy. I spent about 30 minutes there and I was on my way home with my new vehicle. I drove over 2 hours to Dodgeville to buy a vehicle because it was the best priced truck for the year, options and mileage that I could find on the internet. I had a few repairs like anyone would. I'm a guy who has to be dependent on others(Parents) to make sure I have a safe vehicle to get to all my appointments. They were very kind to me, so kind in fact that they took off work hours without even telling us. They didn't want any credit for time spent, I was surprised and happy. Not only did they do a remarkable job fixing my car, but also kind without needing any thanks. I'm very happy they save my Dad some money as I have a rare disease that has no cure or even understand why it happens. They have had to endure stress no parent should face. Carson, Brian and Gary were great to deal with. They had the vehicle I was looking for in the correct color and options I wanted. I live 3 1/2 hours away from Lancaster and did everything over the phone. The vehicle was as described when I arrived. The whole purchase process went smoothly. They were not pushy, were not trying to sell me things I didn't want or need. Took "no" for an answer, something rare in sales and F&I people today. I wasn't expecting the service I received because I was "just" buying a vehicle. Since I'm 3 1/2 hours away they knew they were not going to get future service or parts sales from me but I was treated just as anyone local coming in to buy a vehicle. I was very pleased to see a group of people who still care about customer service.

This is a no-nonsense place to buy a practical car. It's not fancy, and there are no matching golf shirts on the staff. For a small dealer, they had a good selection of practical affordable cars, and it's worth the trip to Shullsburg. We bought a Chevy Volt (LOVE this car.) We would definitely look here again. The car has been great, no problems, just low low gas bills! Car was as advertised. Very happy with it.
