I just want to say that from the moment I set foot in Land Rover Roaring Fork til the time I drove away with my new (to me) Ford Expedition, I was treated to a professional, low pressure and ultimately enjoyable experience.
Mike Gallucci, though busy with a customer, found time to break away and answer questions over the phone. He insisted my wife and I come in. Though it was near closing time, I must say, he could not have been more patient and helpful.
We took a long test drive, went through a dissertation of questions and considerations and finally began the initial paperwork. Two hours after closing and emphatically nightfall by now, we left knowing that they had our best interest at heart.
The next day I returned to finish paperwork which Wayne efficiently and yes, again, professionally assisted me with and before I knew it I was driving away with my gleaming new suv which they sold to me for an exceptional value by the way. Happy customer I am. Thank you.
Service as promised, on time and complimentary shuttle. Friendly staff that takes time to get to know you and take care of your vehicle, and it is serviced and washed, ready when you are shuttled back to pick up your car!
Tyler and Chris have always been friendly, professional and accommodating whenever I have to come into the dealer. They are on time with appointments and estimating time needed, they explain what needs to be done, what was done, and if there are future needs for my VW. I went in recently for a quick recall fix and when I mentioned I had my snow tires in the trunk, they were able to take care of changing them out along with the recall fix in the time they originally quoted, plus washed it! They transported me to a shopping center so I could make best use of my wait time.
Came in to make an appointment. After checking my oil, I couldn't get the hood to latch. At that point, car was undriveable. Tyler came out from the service desk and after about 10 minutes, had fixed the problem right in the driveway. He then installed a new battery into my key. No charge. Then explained how the tire pressure sensors worked and how I could keep an eye on them in the future. I was there for maybe 20 minutes. He did all of this on Monday the week of Thanksgiving so I could use the car to get out of town to see relatives. Came in for my appt. the next week at 8:30am, and had the car back with numerous items fixed and a bill of health by noon. Great customer service!
We were on a 4,000 mile trip from Wisconsin to Utah National Parks. My fault I had not looked at oil life and close to your town noted was at 13% and knowing terrain and miles we still needed to drive I became concerned for my engine. Looked online and Mountain Chev came up. Was easy to find and breathed a sigh of relief. Service dept person said booked for the day. My heart sank. We did not have the time to use up a whole day as we were traveling. Would have to stop maybe endless times to get help. The other service advisor spoke up and said he had a opening due to last service appointment finished ahead of time. This young man Randy Corral serves well as someone going out of their way for excellent customer service. We still are so impressed for his empathy and caring for us as people and not just a customer. Makes me love my Chev Equinox even more. My next vehicle will be another Chev Equinox!! Thanks to this customer service. Kudos to this young man!!! Kudos to Chevrolet!!

I drove three and a half hours to get my truck from Columbine Ford. Robi Sifers was in great communication with me the week leading up to my purchase. Jake the used car manager worked out the numbers with me over the phone on my trade and was fair on all ends. Tina in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. Overall I had a great experience at Columbine Ford. Even Brandun took the time to address any concerns I had. A real family type environment and would definitely buy from these guys again...
This is my 3rd F-150 from the dealership, 2nd with Josh B. Great company from the service dept. to Tina in finance. There is only one improvement Columbine could make; letting me loan a Rousch Mustang while getting oil changes!
