I was pleased to hear Jen Sausman is the General Sales Manager at Town & Country. I have purchased several vehicles from her when she was at Freedom Ford. Every time I got the best price upfront and I was treated with respect. Nobody enjoys car shopping, but my experience with Jen was actually enjoyable. I will continue to purchase from her and I will refer anyone in the market for a new vehicle to see Jen.
The folks at Town and Country Ford in Ligonier were extremely helpful in helping me to find the specific car I was looking for. I bought my new Ford Escape there and I had a very positive and pleasant experience while dealing with everyone there. I love the car and althiugh I havn't needed any service in it, the crew there assures me that their service is convenient and prompt. I am very pleased with the entire process.
Several weeks ago, I had my Toyota Camry in Town and Country's service department for a safety concern. They were very up-front and honest with what was going on with my car. After considering my options, I began looking for a brand new Taurus with their sales team. They had a nice selection of well-equipped and beautiful vehicles. I ended up buying my new Taurus that same day with no run around and a fair trade for my old car! I drove it off their lot with a smile because I know I got a great deal. Tom Truscello and his sales team are very helpful and efficient.
Town and Country Ford is the easiest place I have ever dealt with. I will recommend this Dealership to all of my friends and relatives. The Sales team at Town and Country went out of their way to make my experience very comfortable and relaxed. My Fusion was ready when I was told it would be and was clean and full of gas.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and worked with me through every step of the way. We brought the car in for a check-over after a - hmmm - 'road-side adventure. Smail crew gave it a thorough examination and a clean bill of health. Then they put on our sno-tires, balanced them, and did an alignment. Typical Smail treatment.
Runs fine , so far no problems. I was looking for a car that gets good fuel economy, a midsize 2.5 litre, has nice interior features such as a sunroof, foglamps, a nice exterior color and I found it in a Ford Fusion!

This is the third car that I have purchased from Justin at #1 Cochran in Robinson, and with each one, the experience has been friendly, welcoming, and comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to get to know his customers and their needs. I am confident that he helps me find the best value without being pushy and he is always available if I have questions or concerns with my vehicle. You are not just a customer to him, you are a friend and he conducts his sales in that way. I would highly recommend Justin and #1 Cochran to my friends and family.
All was really great, comfortable, ease of sale & trade. The only issue was the prep on the vehicle. There was dried caked on mud in trunk & outside rear window area. Not sure why or how any person prepping the vehicle could have missed all that or where was the car sitting on previous lot (it was dealer exchange due to equipment & color) Except for that it was good. Sales person exceptional nice & very knowledgeable.
Justin Taylor not only knew exactly what my father wanted, but went above and beyond to get the exact model Jeep with all the options and color he wanted. Without Justin idk if we would have come to Cochran, but because of him I will be back this week to purchase my new vehicle. My dad's company purchased 2 more SUVs from Justin a month later. That right there shows the excitement and dedication we have to #1 Cochran because of Justin.
I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue at Hollern and sons. I found a car on their website and then I stopped in and talked to Joe Walters and he showed me the car and answered all of my questions. Joe suggested we take the car for a test drive. Joe was very informative and I purchased the car.
