They came to my office picked up my vehicle, changed the oil, rotated the tires, did the inspection and returned my car within 2 hours, so I'd say that's great customer service. I was even able to pay online! The only negative thing I have to say is that they did not supply me with the paperwork or car report like if I had come to the dealership which was kinda upsetting, but all in all I'm pleased with the service.
Just purchased a 2019 High Country 1500 Silverado. Traded in my 2015 2500 Silverado, they gave me what I expected on trade in value, they gave a great price on my new truck, I couldn???t be happier. Thanks to JJ, Corey, Andy, Darrin and all the other guys that made it Happen.
I contacted this dealership via email through Cars.com to inquire about a small car to purchase for my daughter. The dealership responded promptly to let me know that the car had already been sold. First, I was glad they responded. Second, I was glad they were honest and let me know the car had already been sold. Third, they let me know that they had other inventory that I could shop, but none of the other inventory had the type of car I wanted to buy, so I didn't really look any further. I appreciated most of all that they took the time to respond to my email and they were very courteous.
Their inventory on Super Duties was impressive. I found the exact one I was looking for and the price was more than fair. My salesperson had his product knowledge down and the trailer assist back up camera is what locked me down, this will make my job so much easier. They have a customer for life!
I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Tipton because the sales personnel allow me time to make judicious decisions; I feel no pressure to buy, and the options to buy are numerous. The service department is always friendly and honest with me.
