Russ asked all the right questions, guided me to the right vehicles, and listened to my budget requirement. I never felt pressured and I felt comfortable with him the entire time. I felt he was sincere and trust-worthy. He wasn’t your typical car saleamen trying to close a deal and superficial. I recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Blue Bonnet Motors. I took a gamble by buying the vehicle sight unseen from out of state. Throughout the process, my sales professional Nancy stayed in constant contact with me. She made sure the buying process was as painless as possible. She even helped me coordinate shipping, to the point that she came in on her day off to make sure the vehicle was trailered safely! After I received the vehicle, there was a mechanical malfunction which my local dealer was being very difficult about fixing...even though it should have been covered by warranty. Nancy and the service manager, Bill Martin, worked tirelessly to communicate with the local dealership and even covered the repair in good faith! Thank you Nancy and Bill! I cannot recommend working with this dealership, and namely these fantastic individuals, enough. I will certainly be buying from this dealership again, and anyone with good sense will too.
Bluebonnet Jeep is AMAZING!!! This is my third Jeep and this is the BEST customer experience I have ever encountered. The first person I met was Robert in the Service Department. He was the nicest and most helpful person I have ever met at a dealership. The next person I met was Chelsea and we were instantly friends. She did an appraisal for me of my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited trade-in and explained the outcome thoroughly. I contacted her when I was ready to trade and purchase my new Sahara. She introduced me to Jeremiah Kimball, who bent over backwards to please me while narrowing my selection. People either LOVE Jeeps or HATE them and I LOVE them!!! Jeremiah was highly perceptive of my keen knowledge of the exact Jeep I had in mind and he produced several for me to choose from. He was magnificently prepared and answered questions before I asked them. He had all the necessary papers ready for my particular circumstances and every step of his process was smooth, orderly and accommodating...he sincerely wanted to please me with my purchase and his attention to every detail was very appreciated! From my first steps into the Bluebonnet Jeep Dealership until my exit from the kind Finance person's office, I was treated fairly, unpressured and with the utmost attentiveness. Coming to Jordan Ford was a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped onto the lot, PJ, our sales rep greeted us and took us straight to our future 4Runner with no sales pressure whatsoever. From there he took my wife out on a test drive while I waited with our three year old in the Lobby. After that I took the 4Runner out myself with PJ. Not once was he pushy. He waited till we were done with our test drive. We explained the situation that we were not ready to buy that day and he understood completely. We walked away with a sales purchase order that was good for 5 days after saving us even more money from the asking price. I expressed that the 4Runner had a strange smell in the interior and so they detailed it and shampooed the entire thing. After we got approval on loan he drove 40 minutes to our place of business to deliver paperwork so we wouldn't have to come into the dealership. After that, he advised that the truck was clean but needed to air out for at least a day due to concerns of any leftover fumes from the cleaning treatment. On delivery day, he drove from San Antonio to San Marcos so we wouldn't have to travel all the way down to him. PJ treated us like family and for that we are grateful. Alex went above and beyond to make sure I was provided with all the details in purchasing a new or used car. Giving me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy. Extremely professional.I would highly recommend Alex Davila to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.
Process and everything was really quick and friendly. Only problem I had was with the Vehicle coverage I didn’t know it was optional. Other than that I bought a 2016 Nissan Altima, runs great really low mileage also payments are under $250 a month.. I really recommend if you want a down low payment also awesome monthly rate ... Also David Drumm is awesome at what he do with his job also the kids!! Thinking about financing a second car for sure!!!
Garry Parmelee "paceman" took great care of us. I really liked that he wasn't salesmanny at all, I have an adversity to salespeople, I feel like I can't think cause they're trying to manipulate me into buying things I'm not sure I actually want. I told Garry the cars I was interested in, he gave me the keys and let me and my husband go and check them out without him hovering over us. On top of that I bought a color I ended up having last minute regrets about, I even drove the car home but I called him and begged him to let me come swap for the other color I was looking and and I can't even believe it but he let me. Haha, my poor husband and Garry having to deal with me, but hey I got what I wanted
John, Rusel, and Joey were all so warm and welcoming in a genuine way. We didn't experience the typical impersonal business like we usually do when purchasing a vehicle. They were humble and friendly and made us feel like we've known them for a long time.
The price was well below book out and they gave us top dollar for our trade-in. All their vehicles on the lot are in pristine condition. This is definitely not your typical big city dealership! The lot is surrounded by large shade trees.
We will always come here first in our future vehicle purchases.
Customer service was amazing and the process was fast. I just picked out the truck i wanted online and went to sign papers amd drove off. Its that easy, i recommend Carmax to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
I happened to view the sight and seen 3 cars to my liking. I was called immediately. Danny K actually got the ball rolling and transferred the vehicle from A to B in less then a week. My husband and I were just going to see the car and fell in love. We drove her home that night. The process was extremely quick.
Their prices are almost always higher than a comparable car at a dealership, and they don't negotiate. They also won't let you test drive the car alone like dealerships will, so it's hard to have a frank discussion about the car during the test drive. The quality of the pictures they take at the local dealership has gone way down.
