From the moment I drove through for my oil change, I was welcomed with a friendly smile from service tech Steven who greeted me with a kind smile and a handshake introducing his self. He made me feel very welcomed. The lobby where i waited was very clean and comfortable. I then was welcomed again by Brian Chicco who made me feel at home. He promised me my Jeep was in good hands. After my service was complete, Brian and Steven spoke and explained things to me that I did not understand. Brian went out of his way to go talk to another tech about my service to get clarification for me. He was very friendly and patient. I felt like my business was welcomed there. Brian explained to me in detail what I needed to do next. It was obvious he made time for me as a customer. I highly recommend this location for your services. I was in and out fairly quickly, the customer service was spot on and the deal they have is a steal!
I wanted to praise Mr. Del Regato for great service. It is evident he cares and it shows through his professionalism. In today???s environment, it is refreshing to know I have someone I can count on and trust when it comes to my vehicle. Mr. Del Regato is an asset to Hill Kelly. We love World Ford Pensacola. They have taken good care of us. No price gouging or nickel and diming to get the bill up on purchase of the vehicle or service. Maybe a little pressure to purhace additional warranties but otherwise 5 stars. We will be back and highly recommend them.
Facility is clean, but when you have to come back three times to get the issue figured out, I'm glad I had a service rep like Jerry to correspond what was going on and to get things figured out. Keep it up Jerry. Give that man a raise!
Everyone was very helpful throughout the entire process. We were there for 6 hours looking for the right vehicle. We finished the purchase over a hour after closing time. I was surprised by everyone’s great attitude even though we were there so late. By far my best auto purchase experience thru a dealer.
I was so impressed with Andy Chambers and Abby. They went through mountains to put us in a new car. My experience with Bob Tyler Toyota was excellent. And I recommend everyone take the time to stop by and look at their inventory. I guarantee you won't leave there disappointed.
