Mike and Glen are two of the nices people you will meet. They are so respectful and courteous of there customers. I was really upset one time about something they couldn’t control and got mad at Mike. He just stood there and took it. He didn’t deserve the xxx chewing I gave him. But he still treated me great. I wouldn’t have treated me great. I respect him now more then ever and I will never do that to anyone again. I felt horrible. Mike and Glen are awesome!!!!!!
They were able to provide me a detailed report of the history of the vehicle as it had been serviced there throughout its previous life. All questions I had were answered before I even arrived at the facility. The vehicle had all of the bells and whistles and worked flawlessly. The windshield was cracked and that was pointed out to me (even though I honestly didn't even notice it) prior to purchase. Very competitive pricing, even in comparison with much larger dealers in Des Moines.
AS ALWAYS, Cindy in the Brown's service dept goes above and beyond to set up my vehicle repairs in a timely manner and stay within her estimates, and sending me home with a courtesy vehicle. I totally trust the Brown's service dept and am very happy with the quality of the repairs!
I drove down from Northern Minnesota to pick up a 2014 Dodge Charger from the lot. I was in-and-out in about 30 minutes. The process was fabulous and everyone in the facility showed professionalism, were helpful, and answered every question I asked. It was a beautiful ride down and the buying experience was painless. Just how you want your car buying experience to be. Oh yeah, I love the car! Well worth the trip!
Was in the market for a new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk and dealt with Cole Mueller. Cole did a great job and found us the exact color and equipment we wanted. Great deal too! Highly recommend this dealer and will return for our next new car.

In march 2017 I purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado Lt From Fillback. The sales staff, management, shop, everyone. There made my experience a great a great one. I drove my truck to Phoenix Arizona and had a smooth comfortable ride. My fuel mileage was phenomenal at 17.5 at 70mph

I was in the market for a used car after mine was in a bad accident. Everyone at Fillback Ford were incredible. :) Each step was easy and comfortable. I never felt pressured to buy anything and they listened to the concerns we had with purchasing a different vehicle.
First let me start by saying this was the easiest car buying experience out of the 10 or so cars I have purchased. I called Thursday wanting to buy a Chevy Volt they had on the lot. Within 10 min of speaking to the sales team I told them I would take it. This was at 3:00 in the afternoon. They sent me a link for the credit app which took me 10 min to fill out which i did. The next morning at 9:00 I was approved! I was coming from Janesville to Richland Center. I told them I would be there at 5:00 that evening to sign paperwork and take my new car!! Long story short I couldn't get there till 6:00 (they close at 6:00) but they told me to come anyway as they would accommodate my schedule. This was amazing customer service to stay late on a Friday evening in the middle of summer just so I could purchase my car. Once there the paperwork took 10-15 min and I was on my way.
Great job to the team at Fillback. I would recommend them to any family of friends that needed to purchase a vehicle. This was my second vehicle purchased from them and I would buy a third if I could afford it. The only knock I will give is the outside of the car was dirty. However Ill let this slide as I purchased a vehicle in under 24 hours! I'm sure if I gave them 25 hours they would have had it spotless.
We drove 80 miles to deal with Les Mack Ford and are glad we did. Wade came in on his day off to help us and we couldn't be more pleased. Everyone at the dealership went the extra mile to make the transaction seamless. We will definitely go back in the future.
