Took my car to another dealer and was told that it would be several months to have my car fixed which was under factory warranty still at 31000 miles. The dealership refused to give me any assistance with a rental or loaner past 4 days. Called Jessie at MacHaik. She fixed me up and had my car fixed in 3 weeks all while using a loaner.
The service department staff went the extra mile to take wonderful care of me, and make sure that my vehicle was safe enough to drive back to TN after the holidays. I???m so grateful for their careful eye, and wonderful service.
Safety recall was done in less time than required.

I made an appointment to have a safety recall taken care off and the job was done in about three hours instead of the four hours mentioned in the recall letter. MacHaik courtesy driver took me home then came and got me when the job was done. I appreciate the friendly service from everyone involved.
I described the problem I experienced with both heated seats in my Silverado. Liz set me up with an appointment and took care of the malfunctions. They gave me a shuttle home on both my visits. There were no problems and I was treated courteous with respect. The service here is always outstanding. The service techs are very dependable.
