I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

We recently purchased a 2024 Ford Explorer ST at Gregg Young in Hortonville. We had been looking, test driving and shopping around for a few weeks. We went back to this dealership, as we had purchased with them years ago. Our experience was seamless, we love our Explorer!

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

Process went smoothly. The staff was able to find a way to get us into a vehicle.

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

Our salesman, Cody Schuhart, was very polite and very helpful. We liked it that he wasn't pressuring us to make a purchase. He answered any and all questions we had. When we saw an interior color we liked he jumped right on it and found one in Oshkosh. When we made the deal the vehicle was in Appleton within an hour to hour and a half! Plus he is willing to help us with the vehicle options on how to use some of them that are new to us. Overall it was a pleasant experience in purchasing our 2026 Equinox.

Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

This is the third F150 I have owned, by far the best, 60,000 miles have not had to fix anything, Did brakes and tires around 55k, limousine quiet inside, 5.0. l coyote engine has impressive power and decent mileage

My 2022 STX 4x4 is totally awesome. Most importantly it’s 100% American. The 5.0 engine puts out plenty of power and pulls great . I put a 3 inch lift on the front and a 2 1/2 inch lift on the rear . I’m riding on 2022 35” inch tires and 18” raptor wheels . Also have an exhaust system with a large cold air intake system and passenger side oil catch can . All work was done at mall of ga ford . Now I have 15475 miles and just had my fourth oil change and service from mall of ga ford they completely take care of my truck .

Had a warrantee issue with my car. Talked to Jeff and he was quick and fair to resolve the issue. Nice doing business with a reputable individual!

24000 miles Crew cab 4x4 - for me, the perfect match between comfort, styling, and utility. Truck has a soft bed cover that allows me to expose as much of the bed as I need. Easy to retract and close.

My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

I never enjoyed buying vehicles but Dan, and Royal Automotive, completely changed my views! I bought a 2017 F-250 at a great/no-haggle price, and couldn't have been happier! A little over a week later... CHECK ENGINE light comes on... you can imagine the feeling! Long story short- ROYAL AUTOMOTIVE has your back!!! Dan immediately showed support and customer backing... And what turned out to be something absolutely no one could imagine happening to a low mileage truck- blown head gasket/potential cracked cylinder! They not only fixed this unfortunate and unforeseen issue, but completely replaced it within one week of the check engine light! WOW!! Dan and Royal Automotive put a new engine for me...completely covered!! This place truly wants to not only see you happy, but keep you happy for the future. I can honestly say for such a big issue on a new-used vehicle, I am as happy as a customer could possibly be. I WILL refer him to friends and family, and I WILL purchase from them again! We purchased a 2024 Luncoln Nautilus with 5k miles. We needed to bring it back for some minor items. Bergstrom said it would take a full day and they didn't have a loaner available. Ally suggested that Bergstrom pick up the car from my residence. WOW! That was above and beyond. Ally also texted me periodically throughout the day to let me know the service progress. I appreciated this because then I could have an idea of when my vehicle would be returned. Ally texted me when the driver left Neenah and in 20 minutes, our Nautilus was in our driveway. Shout out to Matt N for his salesmanship as well!

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT front wheel drive 3.5 V-6. I brought it in for an excessive oil useage problem.(2 Quarts between changes). I have been to 4 other shops before Bergstrom Kaukauna, who did not take care of the problem. When I called Bergstrom Kaukauna, to explain my issue, Morgan from service was very helpful, and recommended a bg engine cleaning product with my next oil change. This took care of the problem. I was so frustrated before going to Bergstrom Kaukauna, and talking to Morgan, I was ready to get rid of my Journey. Thank you Morgan, and thank you Bergstrom, you have gained a customer for life. I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!
