Brian and Sherri worked diligently to help me make well informed decisions throughout the buying process. Living in Natchitoches and trying to buy a car long distance was easier because of the professional and friendly staff at Motor City.
They were very good. I took my vehicle for a recall. They found another recall on my vehicle. I was given a loaner vehicle, so I would not be inconvenience.
Miss my Cummins so far.

Everything is nice but the mileage and the absolutely ridiculous fuel tank capacity of 25 gal. I just cannot believe Ford would do that knowing what the mpg would be. Highway driving, you are limited to about 4 hrs of drive time or less.Have a hard time staying in the 14s with a soft foot. Mileage is very important to me. This is my first Ford and i really regret it and wish I could return it. Purchased used with low miles. 2016 F250 Platinum. Can't imagine how bad the mpg will be when I actually have to pull something. Figured the mpg on paper and it was 14s also.
As a die hard FORD truck guy, I love this truck. I have owned many F-150 & F-250 trucks over the years and all have been great. No real issues on any of them.
This F-250 with the 6.7 Diesel is impressive to say the least. The HP and torque make this truck handle the work with little effort. A lot of my miles are empty / unloaded but I do pull a trailer on a regular basis. So far, the heaviest load was approx. 8,000# and it was uneventful and the truck handled it with ease.
I have owned this truck now for about 18 months and covered about 40K miles. Fuel economy is not bad for the size of the truck and for it's capabilities.
I don't think you will go wrong with a FORD DIESEL. Loving mine!
I bought the 6.2 with 4.30 gears to pull my fifth wheel RV trailer, not for gas mileage. If I wanted gas mileage, I would by a Prius. I have a 2016 Crew cab that I just love. It does everything I expected it to do. We live in the UP of Michigan and have pilled a 12,000LB fifth wheel to California and back with no problems. I bought it to pull, not to get MPG. If you want MPG, don't buy a big truck and RV. Just common sense.

Too many extra additives. Coolant additive, DEF additive, parts are outrageous!! Had 2 fuel filters replaced today at A cost of 300.00+ !! For a fuel filter?!! Not to mention I had just one week earlier changed them myself. Parts 177.00. That's ridiculous!!!!
Auto start function was not operating correctly and the warranty was Expiring soon. I was able to set up an appointment quickly., the issue was identified and fixed during that appointment. I am pleased with the results and service rendered.
I recently bought a vehicle with Nissan of Opelousas and their staff was second to none. The whole process was a breeze and they made me feel very comfortable making this big purchase. I plan on doing more business with them in the future.
I needed to have my air conditioning repaired in my car. I took it to Arceneaux Ford and they did an excellent job. They arranged for a rental. Initially the job was supposed to take two days, but it took longer than expected. Arceneaux Ford paid for the extra days of rental. That was wonderful.
The F250 Super duty is a great truck.

This is a real truck - compared to my previous 1/2 ton.. handles well. Fair mileage, brute strength for towing my travel trailer. Good fit and finish. Only have had it for 3 months. Also handles well in snow
Purchased this truck to pull our travel trailer on a trip from the East Coast to Alaska and back. It was nothing less than superb. This truck was built for heavy towing and hauling, and even with the bed loaded with supplies, our 6,500 lb trailer was easy for it. The Powerstroke diesel is quiet and super powerful, the engine brake was superb at maintaining downhill speed, the six speed automatic transmission was smooth and it's tow/haul function was great. We have the Lariat trim package with a lot of luxury touches including heated/cooled/memory/power seats, a large navigation screen, premium audio and dual zone climate control Super comfortable through very cold and hot weather.
It's still new to me but so far, so good. I bought it used but very clean with only 9000 miles on it. Quite a step up in quality and comfort from my '06 F250. I expected better gas mileage, just 13.8 over the last few hundred miles. Love the styling except for maybe that grill.
