Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
Joe Fuentes in Service did an excellent job in making things easy for my wife to get our X3 repaired. Efficient, to the point, courteous - unfortunately rare in many service businesses but Joe has all three in abundance. Thank you for a great client experience.

Everest Motors, diesel truck division were a little slow in understanding the demands of my rigorous work schedule (6 days a week/12 to 14hrs per, or 21 straight ) which didn't leave much time to come in and inspect, review and pick up the truck. BUT, they quickly realized and worked above the norm to help close this deal. Brad Esmaeili, my sales guy along with the rest of the team, rose to the occasion and got it done. They also did some post sale work on the truck on a really simple erroneous error, code, sending it back to the mechanics to go through everything as they stand behind their trucks. In the end, I am happy and would buy from them in the future.

I really like having my car serviced here. I feel like my service rep knows me and cares about this issues I bring him with my car. They do the job right every time and you leave very satisfied. You don't just feel like another number with car problems.
Didnt like the fact that because you buy a car cash they cant provide you not even 1 day warranty like what if you didnt notice something minimal they should give you at least a week i mean not necessarily on the body of the car but at least any mechanical things you may have not noticed like a horn not working. -_-

Chris communicated with me by email and was incredibly patient throughout the discussion. We were able to work out an agreement via email and my wife, Michelle, and I went to the dealership to finalize the purchase. When we arrived, with Michelle's 89 year old father in two, Chris greeted all three of us with incredible respect. He made the process as smooth as it could have been and we could not be happier. Chris made certain the car we chose and our experience exceeded our expectations.
My husband and I want to commend ms Hilda Garza and the finance manager David. My husband Shannon called the dealership and told them exactly what he was looking for in a truck and when we arrived ms Garza had the truck picked out to show us and withing a few hours we were doing paperwork and approved with 0% intrest!!!!....also I wanted to trade my mustang in on a new truck so in a few days later after my husband purchased his f150 4x4 .....we came back and once again Ms Hilda Garza helped me find the truck I wanted and she also made this buying experience pleasant as the first time we bought and again within a few hours we were signing papers on my new f150 4x4 truck I wanted!!!!.....Thank you ms Hilda Garza we love our new ford trucks!;)
Overall Ben found the car my wife wanted at a very good price. The only thing I was disappointed in was when taking delivery I found a small chip in the paint on the front bumper, no gas in car, and it was not detailed very well. I would have expected a show room quality car at delivery. This was not Bens fault it was his support staff. After they did a so so job of detailing it I would have thought they would have said somiabout the cio in the paint but no I had to find it. They say they are going to take care of it. We will see if they repaint it or just use the touch up paint.
This is the second time I bought my vehicle since 3 years agao and the buying exparience is still top notch. Sabrena was our sales person. She did not push us at all, everything is up front and willing to work with us. Unlike other dealership I have been to there is No tricks at all, what we agreed during negotiation match exactly what they put on the paper. No ???accidental mistake??? on the paper work. I highly recommend Sabrena if you are considering buying your next vehicle becuase the buying expareince is truly exceptional!
Nick Tirey did a great job locating the right Explorer for me. I gave him the things that were important to me and he found the perfect fit. The transaction went very smooth and took very little of my time. In addition Wesley, with the extended warranty team, worked with me to find the best plan to fit the number of miles drive each year. When I came to pick up the Explorer everything was in perfect condition and I was able to drive away with 15 minutes of arriving.
Nick had my best interest in mind and was a no pressure salesman . when I picked up my truck, which was at the end of their shift right before going home,Nick spent the time to go over all the bells and whistles my new truck had and explained everything.
