Rocky was quick to get the Tahoe in for repair/replacement of A/C condenser and look for recalls. Tahoe was ready the same day.

This is my 2nd F250 diesel truck. The improvements over my 2013 model are incredible. I had no issues with the 2013 but the upgrades on the current series are amazing. I tow a very large 5th wheel trailer and this truck handles it with ease.
Raul Medrano was very helpful. He answered all the questions we had and showed us what vehicles we wanted to look at. Raul was very helpful on helping us make the decision on the vehicle we purchased.

I just feel invincible driving this truck! I can see over all the other cars and feel more safe because I can see the flow of traffic ahead. Plenty of leg room in the back seat and plenty of engine under the hood!
What a fantastic experience! Terez made buying a car fun somehow, and he actually cared about making sure I was happy and safe in my new Lincoln. What a fantastic guy, cant say enough good things about him!

I really enjoy my F250 it pulls great but quality control with their chrome on both the bumpers is horrible I have rust coming through after 2 months of owning the truck FORD won't fix it I'm not made of money!!!

We just recently purchased a new Ford F-150 from Sewell Ford in Odessa,Tx. What a fantastic experience from start to finish! We began our search online to get exactly what we wanted. Sewell Ford had the perfect truck for us and our salesman, Maikel Gonzalez was amazing taking care of evey little detail to make the transaction easy especially since we live in Albuquerque, NM. He even drove to the airport to pick up my husband. We could have gotten a truck anywhere in the country but we got the best deal at Sewell Ford and believe me we searched and searched for what we wanted and the best deal. Thanks also to Brian Berryhill in the finance department for working with us. We would highly recommend Sewell Ford for the best deal and the best service.... definitely worth the trip from anywhere!!!! And we love our new truck!!!!

I just retired and wanted the right truck for my retirement dreams. My F250 Superduty does just that. Very happy and for the first time my wife likes riding in it more than her car. This truck will out last me I’m sure. My last two Ford trucks made it past 350,000 miles and 15 years of service. Way to go Ford!

This truck has been a pleasure to drive. Smooth, unlike older 3/4 ton pickup trucks. Power from the 6.7 turbo diesel is smooth, quiet, and unmatched. As is the interior and technology features! Great truck for family or crew. A true workhorse!
Just one year old. Battery died(YES everything was off). You cannot get the the door locks to unlock the back seat door(where my jump box is). Thought I would use a solar panel designed to keep batteries charged. Truck is run for 8 days then sits for 6. Guess what some "engineer" designed the truck so none of the aux power outlets work when the truck is turned off(great idea (sic)). The cruse control is a pain in the rear to operate(steering wheel controls are NOT user friendly). If you program a "My Key" you cannot modify without the master key. You do not teed it to program(STUPID). The hands free almost never works( voice comes on and says"you have an incoming call press 1 to answer" NOT hands free. Who designs a 4X4 truck with manual hubs in this day and age, but has an electric lock on the tailgate. I you want to use the front center cup holders with the center jump seat down, you have to remove the headrest from the center console then try to find someplace to store it, I recommend the trash. Took a rock in the windshield when the truck was 4 months old, The new windshield would not seal. After the company replaced twice, it was determined that the windshield opening was not the correct shape, it took tripling the sealant to get the windshield to seal. In the 70's I was a diehard Ford fan but now they are garbage. I would not recommend Ford to my worst enemy.
We recently bought a 2016 Siena van from Rogers. Honestly, I was dreading shopping for a used car because of the usual high pressure techniques that many dealerships use. I have to say Rogers is the best experience I have ever in my 45 years of car buying. Mark Carrillo took very good care of us. I can’t say enough good about my experience with this dealership.

This car makes the job done! Very strong engine! When I pull my 16ft cargo trailer It doesn’t even feel like I have it!! Good job Ford!
Isaia was great to work with and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Chevy Suburban that I purchased. I really liked that he was not pushy and was very patient with me as I asked questions.

I was met by a very helpful salesman who showed my husband and I around several vehicles. He soon narrowed down our needs to a Fusion. We love the car! He made sure that we had everything on our checklist. He ordered new floor mats as the ones in the car were missing. Still waiting on those, but he has called us to keep us up-to-date on the status of the order. Great experience all around.
