I highly 100% recommend American auto brokers if you are in search for a vehicle!!!!! Netti....was....OUTSTANDING!!!!!! She went well over and beyond and even more then that to get me into the truck of my DREAMS!!!!! She is the girl you wanna work with, and even through all my questions, what if’s and at times negativity about getting this car(because I had no faith that I was gonna get my dream truck) she stayed 100% positive throughout the whole process and made me feel super comfortable about my decision!! Jackie was amazing as well in helping with the finance process and made ends meet from all over the place to make my dream come true!!!!! She’s a doll for that!! And then Gabby!!!!! Oh she’s so sweet and helpful and gave great advice and made the final deal so smooth and exciting!!!! She was very patient with me let me tell you because I was a nervous wreck throughout this process. This team DEFINITELY is the BEST! Teamwork makes the dream work!!!!! Oh yea...and the break room had super good snacks, the office was clean and all the rest of the staff that I didn’t work face to face with were so very welcoming and nice as well!! And at the end....you get a cool shirt!!!!! Got trucks!
I purchased a CPO A5 at Cavender Audi. I noticed issues with it and returned the next day. I was informed that the earliest they would be able to service my vehicle was 2 months away. Upon hearing this, I called North Park Audi. When asking for an appointment time, Melina asked me when would I like to bring it in. The salesman seemed astonished at how quick it would be serviced as he was sitting in the car with me when the appointment was made. After dropping it off at North Park, the quality of the CPO inspection performed at Cavender was brought into sharp focus. Warped brake rotors, engine head gasket needed replacement, and Sirius/XM antennae all needed repairs. I called and emailed Cavender and did not hear from them while North Park was working on my car. When I picked it up, it was cleaner than I left it (3 days after I purchased the car), and the work they performed has me more than satisfied. North Park will service my vehicle needs as long as I have an Audi.
My experience with BB JEEP was overall a success. From the time I met Russ in the Parking lot to signing papers with Sheli. It was smooth and stress-free. Russ asked all the right questions, guided me to the right vehicles, and listened to my budget requirement. I never felt pressured and I felt comfortable with him the entire time. I felt he was sincere and trust-worthy. He wasn’t your typical car saleamen trying to close a deal and superficial. He brought back the small town feel of authentic conversations and sharing a piece of his life with me. Thanks, Russ! I’m extremely content with my New Jeep Cherokee purchase and I appreciate the great experience.
After years of having my vehicles serviced by smaller shops, I was reluctant to find myself in a dealership for service. Griffith Ford in Seguin completely changed my past opinions. The service staff are energetic and outgoing, and I was pleased to be able to speak with anyone about my vehicle and how the repairs were going. What was new to me were the windows in the shop that allowed me to view my vehicle as well as the shops complete operation. The prices are a little bit higher than what i was used to but I can say with complete confidence that I will be back.
I bought my first vehicle the Grand Cherokee from Jeff and hands down have nothing but the highest accords for him and Bluebonnet Jeep. He was incredibly knowledgeable and laid back; just what a young woman needed.
Coming to Jordan Ford was a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped onto the lot, PJ, our sales rep greeted us and took us straight to our future 4Runner with no sales pressure whatsoever. From there he took my wife out on a test drive while I waited with our three year old in the Lobby. After that I took the 4Runner out myself with PJ. Not once was he pushy. He waited till we were done with our test drive. We explained the situation that we were not ready to buy that day and he understood completely. We walked away with a sales purchase order that was good for 5 days after saving us even more money from the asking price. I expressed that the 4Runner had a strange smell in the interior and so they detailed it and shampooed the entire thing. After we got approval on loan he drove 40 minutes to our place of business to deliver paperwork so we wouldn't have to come into the dealership. After that, he advised that the truck was clean but needed to air out for at least a day due to concerns of any leftover fumes from the cleaning treatment. On delivery day, he drove from San Antonio to San Marcos so we wouldn't have to travel all the way down to him. PJ treated us like family and for that we are grateful. We will definitely be buying from them again. Can't say we've had better service anywhere else! Thank you PJ Julian, Paulina and Aaron
