The process of buying a preowned can be stressful, difficult, and aggravating. Our Guest Services Associate (and that is the correct title - no pushy salespeople here) was more than accomadating and patient. We didn't really know what we wanted but with his assistance we were able to get a vehicle that matched everything on our check list. The back office, working with the finance department- same great customer care. We received a comprehensive education on every aspect of our new purchase.

BERGE FORD IS A GREAT DEALERSHIP. I Have purchased 4 vehicles from Berge Ford and I appreciate their highest level of integrity in both the sales department and the service department. With this new truck purchase I worked with Austin Frazier. I live in Tucson so I called the dealership for pricing and vehicle availability and was connected with Austin. Austin???s approach was straight up. He checked inventory and gave me price ranges I was looking for. It was an easy painless purchase. I also brought in my 2011 F 150 in for service while working on the new purchase and yes I purchased my 2011 F 150 from Berge Ford. I worked with Aaron in service and he was great. There were service issues since the 2011 has 105000 miles on it and Aaron went through checks and let me know what need to be attended to now.
We bought a 2017 Transit Connect for our business less than a year ago from Berge Ford. We decided that the TC was not a good fit for our business needs and inquired about a vehicle swap. Everyone we dealt with at Berge was very professional and cared about what we were trying to accomplish. Berge Ford was very accomodating in every aspect of the vehicle swap. They got us an even better interest rate than before and the new vehicle (Escape SE) is awesome. Much Thanks to Austin and the entire Berge Ford team for making this happen as seamless as possible.
Reached out through cars.com and scheduled a test drive. Communication through email was good. Met with Tina, took my test drive and Tina was very knowledgable. Told her my story, she was no pressure which was good. I may be 60 days out before I settle on a vehicle purchase but would go back to Mark Mitsubishi if the stars align by the time I am ready to pull the trigger.

The salesman, whom I have forgotten his name was outstanding. He drove with me to get my second trade in and drive it back. We then found the truck on the lot across the street I wanted. I met with the sales manager and the senior manager. They were both excellent. I made the deal. We always would want more for our trade in but I felt all three gentlemen took good care of me and I am happy with the purchase. I was shocked that my credit score of 810 only got me an interest rate of 5.5%. I contacted several lenders last week and was offered 2.5%. Would like to waive the prepayment penalty and not pay so much interest on my first payment if possible. Other than that, I was very pleased. My very close colleague is former President of Ford Steve Lyons, and I told him the same info after my purchase.
My Mercedes was fully detailed beautifully! Please tell Kevin(fast lane Mgr) the reason the car would not shift properly was that moisture got into the shift lever circuit board . After our mechanic re-coded the circuit board the car was fine! Kevin and his crew were outstanding, helpful and did everything possible to find the problem.
