Our 3rd purchase from Marshall ford, Jim Parisi was an excellent salesman. A very seamless process, Jim spent extra time with my wife explaining and showing features to make her comfortable and confident in our purchase.
I used the web portal to make an appointment. I chose what appeared on the screen and added main issue for vehicle service needed. When I arrived for service, it could not be completed, for I chose oil change. However, I did include the additional item for vehicle service. I had to bring the vehicle back. The service employees were accommodating and topped off the necessary fluid that was low. The website for service appointment needs to be revisited, so it reflects what, I as the customer, need to be serviced.
We were very pleased with our overall experience with the purchase of our vehicle. Jeff, our sales representative was very professional and personable. He pays attention to all details and made sure we got a purchase we were happy with. He is someone that is not afraid to go the extra mile. The rest of the team , Curt, the sales manager and Juan in financing were also a pleasure to work with all making the buying experience a pleasure. Wife and I were looking for a used truck. We found several we were interested in. The sales person on his first day working for the dealership explained the different warranties for each one. There was a couple of issues that concerned me and he and the parts department worked everything out to my satisfaction. The financial person was very organized and made the transaction very painless. I have used the service department several times and plan to keep doing so. Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.
