I gave this rating because of the attention, consideration, and accommodation that I received from Rex Aaron. God bless his heart. He took very good care of me. As for Anthony xxxx at service, he did not demonstrate any customer service etiquette to me. I was already upset about my disappointment with vehicles that I purchased just in May, and having so much problems. He got very argumentative with me on the phone coupled with condescending attitude. When I came to pick up my car he completely ignored me, and never acknowledged me, even as as I was saying hello to him. I was taken care of by others. That is not how I know Lincolon.
They understood what vehicle I was looking for and made the effort to find one they could give me a good deal on. My sales rep Vince followed up quickly with the questions and info I needed BEFORE I even had to come into the dealership so I wasn't wasting my time. It did take took two hours from when price was agreed upon until I was out of the dealer with car. Thats too long for paper work.
Winner Ford did a great job and they truly are a Winner in my eyes! From the internet pre-sales process all the way through the deal, they were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Eric Medina, Jeremy Robertson, Vern Ford, Joe Morin, and Ken Witman were all great. Jeremy and Vern made sure we were comfortable and had anything we wanted. Joe Morin worked his magic on my trade-in to get me the most value. Ken Witman worked the numbers many different ways to see what was best for me. He explained al options and was very thorough. Overall it was great experience. I will be going back to Winner for my next car.
Major repairs to brakes, spindles, cracked boots, steering unit plus replacement of filters, oil change and wheel alignment done satisfactorily on 13 year old vehicle. Had to recently return twice to fix thumping in rear brakes. Replacement rear rotor surfaces were grooved and found to be the problem. Finally remedied. The repair facility isn't the least expensive but their service and repairs are reliable. Use them for both my Explorers.
Salesman Jeff Gemmill was responsive and courteous. I had to travel in from out of state to pick up the dump truck, and Jeff picked me up from the car rental agency where I was returning my rental car. Throughout the process, Jeff took time to answer my questions. The paperwork was all ready to sign when I arrived.
I went to Matt Blatt looking to buy a used Mustang. My salesman, Marc, was knowledge and easy to work with. It didn’t feel like an ordinary car dealership. Very family feel to them and very honest. They fully disclosed everything and the transaction was very quick. I would highly recommend them and would buy from them again in the future. If you go there definitely ask for Marc.
Marc was so helpful in finding exactly what I needed. He was not pushy and knew the answer to every question I had about the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Then with AJ's help we were able to get an affordable payment. I could have a vehicle that I wanted not that was forced!
I have never met a car salesman I liked. Until now! I have now bought 4 cars from here!! Freddie Reyes, my sales guy, is honest, informative and just a down to earth guy. Joe Cirucci, general manager, is a man of his word and he backs every vehicle he sells both new and used. He worked so hard to get me the best interest rate and he delivered! I couldn't be happier with my purchases here!!
The service department is not your typical dealer service department. I am more distrustful of repair shops then I am of car salesmen but it's truly different here. When I need to bring my vehicle here I feel like I can trust them to be fair and honest. Even for a simple oil change I won't take any of my vehicles anywhere else!
AMAZING SERVICE AT TOYOTA OF TURNERSVILLE!!!! I went to lease my very first car and they were incredible with me!! I HIGHLY recommend Mok Kobeissi for your sales manager!! Request him if possible!! I was a recent college graduate and he helped me get a price that was affordable for me!! He did not try to trick me into anything, he was very straight forward and very clear with any question I had!! He was INCREDIBLE! I even went back to hand in paperwork the next day and he immediately recognized me and greeted me, super respectful and truly cares about your experience! As far as a financial service manager I HIGHLY recommend Blake Canuso!! He thoroughly explained every document I was signing and was patient with me as I read each one. He made the process quick but not rushed! I am extremely happy and thankful for my experience at Toyota of Turnersville and I will most definitely be back when my lease is up! Most pleasant experience with the staff and management when shopping for a pre-owned vehicle, specifically with the sales consultant Mike Renninger (who was superbly patient , understanding, and helpful), internet coordinator Heather Allen, and manager Kassia McFadden.
