I was not ready to buy a new car; I bought a ford Fiesta from Cal Worthington of Long Beach 3 years ago and I really loved that car. A few weeks ago someone TBoned us and my poor Fiesta paid the price.
I needed a new car.
I went to Worthington of LB because they gave me a chance at a car when no one else wanted to. I was right to go there. I was treated with respect, Armando was great not pushy, and direct with questions and answers. I told him which car I was looking at and he got it ready for the test drive; by the time we were back I knew I wanted this car. The paperwork was fast and off I went to meet Joe. Folks ask for Joe M. He was working that papaer work and got me a nice discount. He did not try and sell me anything I did not want. After the car accident I learned that GAP is good to have.
I had my sister drive me and Joe said send her home you are driving home. Armando C and Joe M make A great time. I have the Focus now and I'm actually really enjoying the slightly bigger car.

They had the Dodge Challenger I was looking for - right color, right extras, and right price. After only 3 1/5 hours of friendly negotiations I was able to buy the car for LESS than my offered price. The only negative was that it was represented to me that the $795 alarm system was mandatory. In fact, it was an option.
I bought this car for my 16 year old twins at Sunrise Ford North Hollywood and they LOVE it and so do I! I had a small issue 3 months later, brought it in, and it was fixed immediately at no charge. Thank you to Daemeth Rooney and his sales staff. It was a great experience!
First off, I called before coming for service appointment for "quicklane". I was never informed that the old location closed and I drove around and around. Once I was redirected by the nice technician in the old quicklane space to the "regular service" entrance, it took approximately10 minutes to be greeted. My service technical came out and he was neutral, he asked questions the system already confirmed. Maybe because I arrived at 830am the service department might have been short staffed. I would recommend better greeting and reception services.
I appreciated their teamwork in helping me over the course of a couple of days I have to make some repairs to my current vehicle, but when I"m ready to finalize my purchase, I will be going back to Sunrise Ford!
I was really nervous about the whole car buying experience but the staff at Galpin made the experience quick and painless. I received the best deal and a car that was better then I dreamed. I would recommend Galpin to my grandma. I???m so pleased!!!!
I have got my last two cars at Sunrise Ford. They were not pleasent when I went back for my third lease so I went to Galpin Ford. Don Rhodes was great he and Bohdan made my leasing my new Ford Escape Titanium easy and painless. I would honestly recommend Don to all my friends and family and am loving my ride. I liked that I was able to get my vehicle serviced without an appointment considering it was a major service performed. Dealer offered a vehicle service menu from which different types of bundled services at set prices can be selected. Pricing was very competitive and did not find the same offer at other dealers.
