Chris and josh were amazing. They got a deal done that couldn't be done at other chevy dealers. There goal is to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. My wife was overcome with joy when they said we're going to make sure you leave here with what you want. As a businessman I understand that when a customer comes into your establishment to do business make sure you do everything "within reason" to get the deal done because when they leave, your competitor will do everything they can not let them walk ot the door without a deal and what would have been your review and referrals.

Once you get over the sticker shock you realize you're getting what you paid for 6.7 L turbo diesel ridiculous power FX4 Lariat ridiculous comfort awesome truck big price tag
It was a clean and nice dealership. However, the car I was looking at was too highly priced and even though I showed them other cars from other dealers with way lower prices, they wouldn’t negotiate. It was a waste of my time.

This is the most comfortable truck i have ever driven. I truly love the adaptive cruise control, and blind spot monitoring. The hands free control of systems is also a plus. i literally fell in love with this truck the first time i drove it.
Gave permission to install cabin & engine filters. They instslled a cabin deodorizer that smells that I HATE and had the nerve to charge me $14.00 for it. Was NEVER asked if I wanted!! Says they cant remove & lasts wk or 2. Thats just great. Headache for 2 wks at least!!!! Need to ALWAYS ask b4 installing that!! NEVER done that before!! YUK!!!!

Bought the 2018 F-250 Platinum at the end of July with the buyer incentives so got it for about $10K less than sticker plus a bit more. Its a luxury vehicle wrapped in a work truck. Every creature comfort you can think of is at the touch of your hand. Power for all you need and comfort for the most complacent passengers. All the space you could ever need for a family of four with two German Shepherd! The truck drives so smoothly on the road long trips area breeze (drove to Florida). Well thought out cabin with everything at the drivers touch. My next truck will be a F-250 too!!!
When shopping for a vehicle most know it's not an enjoyable process. Well I can say Herb Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I can easily say when it's time to shop again I will absolutely use Herb.

I haul hay with vehicle and haul animals to market and also for picking up feed at mill. tremendous response. also very comfortable on long trips of 100miles or more.
Chester was so friendly and knowledgeable and the staff was really welcoming and inviting. It was a nice clean quite environment I like how they act like a family. The buying process was simple and easy and the salesman are not pushy.
Just bought a used car with Jefferson and can’t say enough about them! Israel Pruitt took care of me from start to finish and made me feel comfortable about purchase. No pressure sales here or funny tactics. Fair pricing also. Would like to buy from them again next time I’m in market for car

The truck is everything I wanted. I'm looking to tow a large trailer/5th wheel and the diesel engine will pull strong without complaining. People comment on it's good looks and the leather interior is well done. The only complaint I have so far (6 months in) is the points of interest finder (gas stations, restaurants, etc) does not update as you drive down the road. It finds the closest places which may be behind you and doesn't continually update as you travel down the highway. It does give you current prices which is nice.
The diesel engine is strong and surprisingly fast for a truck this size. No worries about merging on the highway or passing slower vehicles. At 65-70 mph it averages nearly 20 mpg.
I drove about 150 miles to purchase a 2014 Ford F150 for my son to drive to college. The truck was clean and a fair price. Israel Pruitt was my salesman and nice to deal with. I liked the laid back atmosphere of the dealership. Met the owner and he seemed like a nice local person. I would drive there again to purchase another vehicle.

The only complaint I have is the truck I purchased has the snow plow prep package but a regular rear end not a locking axle. I think a little more thought should go into what the truck needs depending on the package it has. Other than that I love everything about my truck!
They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had looked at cars on line and they responded to my request without bombarding me with calls, texts, e-mails. I wish they were closer!

6.7liter diesel engine is beyond quiet and powerful. This motor will literally throw you back in the seat at half throttle. Gas mileage is average at 18mpg. Turning radius is awesome for a 4 door crew cab. The interior is quiet and everything from the control center to the a/c to the Sync media center is very easy to use. Tons and tons of room in the front and back seats. I can fit 6 grown adults comfortably in my truck. The backup camera I have takes a little getting use to but is super helpful in backing up to trailer. I'm glad I made this purchase and hope this vehicle lasts me a lifetime.
Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.
This is the best car I have owned.

This is by far the best vehicle that I have ever purchased. The entire vehicle is designed extremely well. The abilities, and capabilities it has is stupendous, such as its towing capacity, off road capabilty and the luxury. This is an excellent vehicle overall.
My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be buying my next car from him.
Keely Johnson was who helped me. I am an out of state buyer and she was absolutely caring and friendly throughout the whole process. When the car I was going to purchase became unavailable, she went out of her way to find a similar model. I was stunned because she didn???t try to just sale me something else that I didn???t want like most car salesmen/women would. Nonetheless, the whole experience was great and she made sure the car was clean ready and most of the paperwork was already done by the time that I got there. I also want to add that I got a great deal for a car with very low mileage and runs absolutely great!
Steve Manley was my Service Advisor to do some repairs to my F250. Steve streamlined the process and handled every aspect of my visit and repair like it was his own truck. He answered every question with detail, and he kept me informed on what was going on with my truck. Thank you Steve, I very much appreciate your hard work!!

We got a pretty good deal on our new Ford Escape, HOWEVER, the finance guy was rude to me and my wife when we did not buy any of the extended warranties or protection services. He put down the wrong city and zip code on our paperwork and we did not receive any loan information until after our first payment was overdue. The dealership manager was not helpful at all in resolving the problem. I spent 2 hours trying to call the Ford Credit people to get the account information and to get the first payment in. NOBODY at the dealership seemed to care in the least bit that we had a very hard time because of their mistake.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
