This is an update regarding the last review. The dealership is taking care of all of the issues and getting the windshield fixed and the cabin air filter. Gary Stiles did a great follow up and making sure everything is taken care of
I was doing a nationwide search for the perfect mustang and finally found it pop up at Sheehy Ford Warrenton. I inquired about it through the website and got a very prompt response from Gary Stiles. I asked for him to personally look the car over very close and describe even the smallest blemish. He said he couldn't find any and video called me to show me the car as best he could. I took a chance and bought a plane ticket to check it out and the car was exactly as he had described it. He picked me up from the airport and had me on the road driving home within 2 hours of landing in DC. I would describe this as a very straightforward car purchasing experience - no pageantry but also no unpleasant surprises. Gary was very pleasant and the whole thing went exactly as advertised. I would buy from them again without hesitation, even though I live 700 miles away!

Call Kevin! He found the truck I was looking for when nobody else could...and I contacted every dealer in a 200 mile radius before Kevin offered to look elsewhere. Nice guy, great communication, and a hard worker.
Although I ended up not purchasing my vehicle that I was looking at there, I still had such an easy and pleasant experience there. The staff was very friendly and my overall experience very satisfying.
Walking into a dealership to purchase a new car can be an intimidating and daunting experience. Having the right salesperson makes buying a car a pleasant experience, and that salesperson is Amy Cooke at Battlefield Ford. Amy listened to what I wanted in a car, and because she knows the inventory, she was able to choose just the right cars for me to look at. She is enjoyable and professional to deal with, and knowledgeable about the cars she showed me. She took the time to show me the options with a no pressure attitude. Amy explained financing options and she made the purchase process smooth and easy. She has followed up with me a more than one occasion. Amy Cooke went above and beyond as a salesperson, and she made my new car purchase an exceptional experience.
What a refreshing experience compared to the crooks at some of the other places!!! Just walk in and ask for John Clampitt for a NO bait and switch, NO ridiculous tacked on fees, NO run around, NO gimmicks, NO pushing you to something you don't want, and NO pressure car buying . Everything was fair and honest from start to finish. Johns knowledge of the cars they have is truly staggering. I must say so far my interaction with everyone there has been excellent! If only other places were this good I could have saved a week of my life not having to deal with clowns and crooks... I finally found an honest organization. I've gotten a straight deal at one other dealership, but they don't sell fords...
Abdul was very professional. He really knows his vehicles. He made sure I understood how all the features worked on my new F-150. Matt was a pleasure to work with in finance. Everyone was great, which made for a very pleasant buying experience.
If your looking for a commercial truck, ask for Mindy. She knows the F-150's, F-250's and F-350's very well. She was responsive and professional. I will most likely buy my next business truck from them in the future. The had a great price and had everything ready for me when I got there the whole purchase process was very fast, no tricks or changes like some other dealerships I've been to.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?
I first searched the whole area for a 2017 expedition el xlt with the options I wanted, couldn't locate one, my wife searched and searched and stumbled across one at battlefield in culpeper, looked on the GPS and they were about a hr away from me in Manassas va, I emailed the manager Melissa and she took complete care of me, she gave me a trade in value with out even seeing my two trades, and she beat a local dealer ship by 5k! Without even seeing my cars, I went ahead and did my financing over the internet which was smooth and the next couple days I brought my vehicles to culpeper and have to say this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had, Melissa introduced me to Cheryl who was a awesome sales lady and Austin in finance made everything so smooth thanks again battlefield I will definitely be back for another vehicle!
My truck was repaired on time as promised, and the work was done right. My service advisor Joshua was great. He let me know what the problem was, how much the recommended repairs would cost, and when it would be completed.
The salesman, Buks Botha, was great! Straight forward and very quick. Finance was pretty good. There was a little more back and forth than I would have liked but I think that is to be expected when the buyer wants a low payment/interest rate and the dealer wants as much of a profit as possible.
The dealership it???s self and the staff working here are the best! Amazing help from all staff, even taking me to the bank to get the check.
