I gave this rating because of the attention, consideration, and accommodation that I received from Rex Aaron. God bless his heart. He took very good care of me. As for Anthony xxxx at service, he did not demonstrate any customer service etiquette to me. I was already upset about my disappointment with vehicles that I purchased just in May, and having so much problems. He got very argumentative with me on the phone coupled with condescending attitude. When I came to pick up my car he completely ignored me, and never acknowledged me, even as as I was saying hello to him. I was taken care of by others. That is not how I know Lincolon.
They understood what vehicle I was looking for and made the effort to find one they could give me a good deal on. My sales rep Vince followed up quickly with the questions and info I needed BEFORE I even had to come into the dealership so I wasn't wasting my time. It did take took two hours from when price was agreed upon until I was out of the dealer with car. Thats too long for paper work.
Dan is the best person in the service department. He is professional, courteous , knowledgeable and friendly.. He does what ever it takes to take care of his customer and it is very much appreciated. When I go in I deal with him only, it???s worth it to wait for him. He is the main reason I go there for service.
Major repairs to brakes, spindles, cracked boots, steering unit plus replacement of filters, oil change and wheel alignment done satisfactorily on 13 year old vehicle. Had to recently return twice to fix thumping in rear brakes. Replacement rear rotor surfaces were grooved and found to be the problem. Finally remedied. The repair facility isn't the least expensive but their service and repairs are reliable. Use them for both my Explorers.
Salesman Jeff Gemmill was responsive and courteous. I had to travel in from out of state to pick up the dump truck, and Jeff picked me up from the car rental agency where I was returning my rental car. Throughout the process, Jeff took time to answer my questions. The paperwork was all ready to sign when I arrived.

Bayshore was the only dealer that had the Platinum, the Sport, an XLT, and a Limited for me to compare that day..
Most pleasant experience with the staff and management when shopping for a pre-owned vehicle, specifically with the sales consultant Mike Renninger (who was superbly patient , understanding, and helpful), internet coordinator Heather Allen, and manager Kassia McFadden.
After my car was deemed totaled I embarked on a car buying experience. Ciocca Ford and Mark Phillips were a godsend to me. Mark worked with me on keeping my payments within budget and actually allowed me to take some of the payoff money for my totaled car and use some of that to buy my daughter a car also. He was absolutely incredible as was everyone we dealt with at this car dealership. I highly recommend Ciocca Ford and Mark Phillips if you are looking for a new vehicle. My whole experience was totally awesome. I love these guys!
Great service from great people. My service rep Wayne Thomas and all of the other service reps have always provide fantastic and reliable service and have always had my repairs or schedule service completed on time!
And you most certainly cannot forget the service techs who make the repairs, they are the best.
