My car's piece that sends the signal of gas to the engine was malfunctioning and I was stuck on the side of the highway. I called Barber's and they took me in immediately. They ran all the diagnostics and found nothing and sent me on my way. One city block away the same thing happened and when I called they took the car in and gave me a loaner until they determined and fixed the problem. The only problem I have is that I believe there should be separate loaners for smokers and non-smokers because I drenched the car in Febreze and it did very little good, and I am sensitive to smoke.
I was recently in the market for an exceptionally clean Camaro RS. I did a search on cars.com and found the car I wanted at Viking Motors in Northumberland, PA. I called and spoke with Jason and he assured me if I made the drive down, I would not be disappointed. From the test drive to the purchase I never felt pressured to decide if this was the car for me. The way this dealership does business was as pleasant as buying a car can be. They only deal in high quality used cars which is what I was looking for. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

AS someone who has brought almost 50 cars over the years I must day that Sands Ford has been my best experience ever.I went to look at a specific explorer that I saw on the internet, told the salesman Paul Boyer what my price range was and a deal was worked out in no time at all,my total tome at the dealership was about 2 hours and that was mostly waiting for the car to be serviced and after the sale Paul spent probably 30 minutes explaining everything about the car to my girlfriend and myself he even set up our phones for us and didn't leave is go until we we're comfortable knowing everything about the car we purchased.I would recommend seeing Paul and Sands Ford as the prices are very good. I also want to point out the finance manager Don, usually by the time you get to that part they try to tack on all kinds of additional expenses but Don wasn't pushy and explained everything to me and worked with me and I for what I needed found him to be a nice friendly man and talked about motorcycles and Ford pickups.I also would like to let it be known about his honesty , while at his office I left my wallets on his desk with not only my credit cards,drivers license but several hundred dollars in cash but Don tracked me down and returned it. Kudos to him .I will be going back to Sands Ford next year to purchase my King Ranch truck as I believe they are a reasonably price dealership with good honest employees.
Our experience at Ken Pollock Ford was absolutely phenomenal. From our first contact with them, Christine was so willing to help and answered our questions extremely quickly. She sent us every single piece of information we needed to know, and had us essentially sold on the car (and the dealership) before we got there. Then. We arrived yesterday and quickly realized it was only getting better. Zach, our car salesman, knocked it out of the ball park. He explained everything in detail and allowed us to ask a litany of questions. He was easily the best sales associate we???ve ever worked with. Even the man processesing our paperwork, Mark, was effective and effienct to the highest degree. The car we bought is perfect for us, and we could not recommend Ken Pollock Ford more.

The men that assist you in the Service Department are above and beyond. They are both friendly and helpful when you are in waiting at the Service Department. You are greeted with a smile and never ignored. Hats off to Barber Ford Service Department....the best I have known....
Had annual service and oil change, rotation of tires and recall issue taken care of. Everything was fine, but, did take longer than I was told. Wish it was cheaper, but, overall, I was satisfied with my experience.
I offered up a 4% profit deal on a recent trade in. Declined. Should have been a slam dunk easy deal. They would not budge off their 12% profit margin because they just took it in. Bummer. The sales staff was polite and Briana even texted pictures to me. She's great. The sales manager just wouldn't budge. I've never before had a dealership turn down a $1000 profit deal. Not mad about it, just an honest review.
Can't recommend since I couldn't buy.
After realizing what the problem was, they were helpful in getting it resolved. I was disappointed, though, in the cost. I had to pay $100 to figure out the problem, then buy the part myself and another $150 to put the new part in. I felt it was a little expensive.
