I want to say thank you for making my trip for my oil change so easy. In previous years at other dealerships I was always pushed to purchase additional items including clips they broke off my vehicle. I would sit for hours to pay for service that had been promised with purchase of the vehicle only to walk away feeling as if I had just been ripped off. I was so pleased with the service call last week. I called the day before and was told to come on in. It took so little time that I didn't get settled into the lounge. They explained everything and made me feel like a VIP. No attempts to upsell and everything was perfect. thank you for treating me with respect.
I was looking for a used vehicle and I was refereed to Stephen Stanley and he took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me options and helped me get into the vehicle I wanted!!! Finance manager was super friendly as well!! I'd definitely recommend anyone to purchase their next vehicle there!!
This was by far the BEST experience we have had purchasing a car. Ther was very little back and forth and was completely painless. We only had to come to the dealership to pick up our truck and only there for a short time. We will for sure be back to purchase our future vehicles here. Our salesman was exceptional and caring!!!!!!!!!!
A great experience, friendly and courteous salesman. Took the time to show us all about the new vehicle. Back seat has some of the packing still glued on, but we have been promised it will get taken care of by their detail guy.
I have been using Bob Hurley Ford for the past 12 years. I have always been impressed with everything from the salesman, to sales manager working the deal, to the finance manager making sure we get the absolute best financing possible. This experience was no different. Very easy, we were in and out in about 2.5 hours, which is actually not very long.

So I live in Hawaii and was looking for a Buick Regal GS. There were none in my state. I searched online and after several dealers, wound up checking with Mark Allen Buick. I'm glad I did. Marcela is one of the best and nicest sales associates I've ever had to work with. No games, just a straight up good deal. Shipping a car from OK to HI sounded like a crazy way to buy a car, but we figured it out and the result was great! I'd buy from them again!

I was shopping for a Jeep Liberty to tow behind my RV. Explained this necessity as absolutely the reason I was there to buy a Jeep Liberty they had in their dealership. The salesman that I worked with went the extra step for me and contacted two different Jeep service departments to make sure to this vehicle could be flat towed. With no extra equipment needed.
I had an issue with my steering column which was covered under 100000 miles but unfortunately I had just passed that. The service department sent a request to Hyundai to cover the repair and they agreed to it much to my surprise. I bought my car at Malone before Patriot took over. Thank you to the great customer service and going to bat for me and getting it done. It drives like a new car now no clunking steering wheel :)
