Was shopping for a used car and we stopped in. Owner was a really nice guy and tried to help us find something that would fit our needs. He didn't have anything on his lot at the time but told us he would keep and eye out and even pointed us in to other dealers for possible options. Was very helpful.
I liked working with Nisha, not pushy, very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Only issue I really had (I don’t fault mishaps for) was the attention to detail that was given to detailing the car. Heavy dust and grim in easy to see places and crumbs/cereal under the seats. I will have to take it for detailing. Also the car needed new wiperblades right away as they where split.
Easy to work with, honest approach. Saw a few vehicles online, called to inquire. Josh had them sitting up front waiting for me when I got there. No wait, straight to the point. Easy purchase. Went so well the first time, my wife went back the next day and bought a vehicle from Josh too. Couldn't have gone better.
Mr. Bobby Eddy was great to deal with. Nice guy, Easy to talk to. It felt like we knew him forever. He listened to what we said and didn't try to push anything extra. He even spent extra time with us afterwards helping us program the dash. This was what a vehicle purchase should feel like. So when you go to Fairway Ford, ask for Bobby Eddy. You won't be disappointed.
My mother, who is 91, decided she wants one last car in her life and chose a Kia Soul. The sales agent - Brian Boswell - was a perfect fit for my mother, answered all of her questions, and alleviated all of her anxieties. She even leased the car which I never imagined she would want to do. Thanks Brian.
We had purchased a new Lincoln MKX previously from Phil Fitts and returned to purchase a used MKC. Our salesman, Albee Mangino, from whom we had purchased the MKX, was again very helpful, friendly, and fair. We believe we received a fair deal and are very pleased with the MKC. We also returned due to the excellent service department.
As a first time buyer at a dealership, I was very pleased with my experience at Bill's and Son. I was shopping around for Jeeps, and came across this dealership, which had a great selection to pick from and very fair pricing. I decided on a very clean 2000 Jeep Wrangler, and Jeff worked with me so I could afford the vehicle.
There is a reason Bill's and Son has been in business for 46 years; They are reputable, fair, and honest. I will definitely be staying in touch with them for future purchases.
Poor follow up. No return calls. Promised repairs.

Buying process was quick. Easy. Personnel seemed friendly. However, Used car we bought was unfamiliar to sales reps.
We were promised a call back on Mon for a repair due in writing. No call. We called Mon and Tues (2x) left messages as well. No calls.
This certainly is not good customer service and referrals will be hard to give based on our experience thus far. Quick to take our money.
Comfortable and friendly atmosphere to find exactly what I was looking for. We???ve been buying from this dealership for years and they are always a pleasure to work with. Never any pressure to buy. Sarge is our go-to guy!
I seen a truck advertised online and went to D'lux motors to look at it,Troy informed me that it was sent out to be serviced and that he would have the mechanic bring it down for me to look at and test drive. The truck drove great and looked great so I decided that I wanted it. Since it wasn't serviced yet Troy said I could come back later to pick it up when it was done, a couple hours late Troy informed me that they changed the oil and put new fuel and air filters on it but the mechanic found it needed a new tie rod end, ball joint and universal. They put all these parts on for me after I already decided to buy the truck! I would recommend D'lux motors to anyone there is no bs hidden or overpriced fees and the salesman Troy is a stand up guy and doesn't make you feel hurried or pressured into just signing the papers.
Good service. I got a good deal on the Ford Transit, the door latch wasn't working properly and they took care of that. Troy had all the
paper work ready for the closing, very easy in and out. Definitely would recommend D'Lux Motors. Very Pleased.
