The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.

I purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer on 4-23 and the experience was great. They had 3 different vehicles at a great deal for me to choose from. This was a very easy and stress free experience.

Best truck/car I have ever owned. Tons of power with the 6.7 power stroke and all the bells and whistles I need with the fx4 king ranch trim. The price was no where near what this shows though. It was 87k +TTL

I own a beautiful Blue Jean color F 250. The truck rides nice and gives a commanding view of the road. It’s reliable and quiet. The only issue I have is a malfunctioning door lock. It stopped working within 2 years of use. My dealership was not very helpful or caring. That’s is a downer. But I love my truck.

Need to have a better space to talk to someone. And they need to have better options on buying a car or be more information on it

Over the past 30+ years, I have purchased ~8 different 3/4 ton trucks, mostly diesel fords. The 2017 F250 Platinum has not disappointed, no engine issues and tows like a champ. My only complaint would be the seats are small and the comfort is terrible. You don't really notice it until you drive 5 or 6 hours and you have to stop because your butt and legs are killing you. This was not true with older models where driving across country was a breeze. Ford is not alone in downsizing the seating, even the airlines have done it.

I drove from Houston just to deal with these guys cuz basically we cut the deal over the phone and everything that they said they would do they did. There was none of this crap that sorry I forgot I remember now they just did it

First Ford I-have ever owned. Just wanted a extended cab Not a crew cab .Ford only one that has one. Go8ng to try it out to see if I like it

This has got to be the best auto dealer I have dealt with. I bought a truck from Anthony here and after I had the truck for a month I had a couple problems , he had his mechanic look at it and fix for me , even after I bought as is and he was under no obligation , he still fixed it , you couldn't ask for a better , honest dealer , thank you

If you want to sit around all day, haggle for a price, have someone go back and forth and talk to “the boss,” and generally have an all-around traditional car buying experience, this dealer is NOT the place for you! These guys have a niche and they know their stuff; you’re not going to get the run-around here because their prices are already competitive. My salesman, Anthony, was fantastic as was Jeremy, the finance manager. If I hadn’t sat around and visited with them both, I could’ve been in and out in an hour. This is how buying a vehicle ought to be.

The truck runs great with 300.000 thousand miles. But it has regular maintenance. I don't use it as a daily work vehicle any longer. It will probably outlast me.

I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. This truck is the best I have ever had. Ride is firm and stable. Steering is very positive. Mirrors and perimeter views are outstanding. Very comfortable. Not winter yet so I haven't tried all the features and accessories.

My husband and I were in the market for a newer yet used car. We found the car we were looking for on their website and started the process online. Once we got to the dealership, they already had the car pulled up and ready for us to see. We decided we wanted the car and finance worked quickly and efficiently. We had a wonderful buying experience...and AFTER the fact, we noticed a leak by the brakes. They called us in immediately because of that being a safety hazard, put us in a loaner car and have been taking care of us! VERY pleasant buying experience!

This F 250 the most powerful diesel I have ever driven, and I have driven a new diesel every two years since 1999. The truck is a platinum which has all the lastest features and very comfortable. the performance is incredible with great fuel milage on the highway.

Grapevine Ford Lincoln has an outstanding team! Their sales representative, sales managers, and finance officers are by far the most professional and knowledgeable individuals I have met. They were not only able to work with me, but were able to expedite this process and made it painless for me. I would highly recommend going here before anywhere else. I wasted weeks of negotiations with other dealerships in the area and I only spent maybe an hour total from test driving to trading key after the paperwork was done.

Once I made my final decision on my vehicle and processed my trade in, everything went smooth, in order. I’m really satisfied with my purchase.

So far this has been an excellent truck,it is a King Ranch with the 6.2 gas and 6 speed transmission. I love everything about this truck except for the fuel mileage, but you don't buy a truck like this for the fuel mileage.

Other than the peeling chrome wheels this truck has lived upto my expectations and more. It tows my 25' boat like it was not there, very comfortable for a heavy duty truck.

I drove to Grapevine all the way from Garland, (past my usual Chevy Dealership)bc I was dissatisfied with the way things were happening at that location! At Classic Chevrolet they made me fell like I could maybe start trusting the people I was handing my car over to be serviced! From Alma the lady who arranged my appointment to Gil and his partner Vaughn they were truly great. Both were very attentive to what I was concerned with and displayed amazing customer care! Service was quick and I didn’t drive away thinking something dishonest may have occurred! Thank you guys for a great experience!

I don't normally write reviews but I had such a great experience here that I can't help but share. I came in on a late Saturday afternoon and Lucas G. was quick to greet me and help me. He let me test drive multiple cars so that I could get a full experience. I was on the fence about the car and Lucas and Enis (sales manager) offered to let me test drive the car for the weekend and reconnect Monday. That feels very unheard of today! They went above and beyond and I really appreciated the time to really test it out. I never felt pressure and even though I ultimately passed on the car for unrelated reasons, they gave me ZERO hassle about it. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a new car!
