I was very upset when I submitted my last post earlier today and I should have taken my issues to a manager. I called back and talked to Joe who is the used car manager. Bill Brown really stepped up and went out of there way to make me happy and I am very grateful. I was picked up by dealership, given a loaner car and was assured they would be retrieving my broken down vehicle! I would definitely take my business back here and recommend it to anyone else. Thanks guys! Great way to handle this situation! If this should happen to anyone again I hope they can expect the same from you.
Worst vehicle ever

Just one year old. Battery died(YES everything was off). You cannot get the the door locks to unlock the back seat door(where my jump box is). Thought I would use a solar panel designed to keep batteries charged. Truck is run for 8 days then sits for 6. Guess what some "engineer" designed the truck so none of the aux power outlets work when the truck is turned off(great idea (sic)). The cruse control is a pain in the rear to operate(steering wheel controls are NOT user friendly). If you program a "My Key" you cannot modify without the master key. You do not teed it to program(STUPID). The hands free almost never works( voice comes on and says"you have an incoming call press 1 to answer" NOT hands free. Who designs a 4X4 truck with manual hubs in this day and age, but has an electric lock on the tailgate. I you want to use the front center cup holders with the center jump seat down, you have to remove the headrest from the center console then try to find someplace to store it, I recommend the trash. Took a rock in the windshield when the truck was 4 months old, The new windshield would not seal. After the company replaced twice, it was determined that the windshield opening was not the correct shape, it took tripling the sealant to get the windshield to seal. In the 70's I was a diehard Ford fan but now they are garbage. I would not recommend Ford to my worst enemy.
Bought a 2013 Ford Mystang convertible in an afternoon. Car was priced well - did my research prior to visit Roy is a great salesman - no pressure We got financing through Credit Union One - 72 months - 2.75% interest Wished he disclosed that the convertible boot was missing - pretty costly to replace Had to ask for second OEM key which they are replacing Threw in some touch up paint
Very nice truck except for rusty bumpers

I really enjoy my F250 it pulls great but quality control with their chrome on both the bumpers is horrible I have rust coming through after 2 months of owning the truck FORD won't fix it I'm not made of money!!!
I heard about this lot from a co worker however wasn’t well informed on the process of buying a car. Ferris and the whole staff made the process easy for me and took care of any request or repairs I wanted for the vehicle . They were All welcoming and ready with answers for all my questions!
Best truck I have ever owned

I have owned two 6.0 diesel F250s. This v10 F250 is with out question a more dependable and affordable truck. I out 84,000 miles on the truck in 7 years, towing a 24' enclosed car trailer in average 2,000 miles a year. It now has 202k miles and has only required general maintenance.
My purchasing experience was great. The dealership is well maintained and the entire staff very accommodating. My salesperson is the best and made sure I had the vehicle that fit my needs exactly.
I love this truck!

This is my 2nd F250 diesel truck. The improvements over my 2013 model are incredible. I had no issues with the 2013 but the upgrades on the current series are amazing. I tow a very large 5th wheel trailer and this truck handles it with ease.
Any dealership winning awards year after year is no coincidence! Great sales team, John Blanchard and his manager are top of the heap! Thorough, considerate, went the extra yard again and again listening to the customer along the way! Smooth transaction, knowledgeable of the product specs and incentives. Pleasurable experience from start to finish! Highly recommend Pat Milliken and John Blanchard.

We were shopping for a trailer towing pickup with deluxe amenities at a price within our budget. This pickup fits our needs like we disigned from the ground up. For its age it looks and drives like a new vehicle!
HAD OIL CHANGE AND TIRE REPAIRED. IT WAS QUICK AND EASY. FELCIA WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!!

The truck is everything I wanted. I'm looking to tow a large trailer/5th wheel and the diesel engine will pull strong without complaining. People comment on it's good looks and the leather interior is well done. The only complaint I have so far (6 months in) is the points of interest finder (gas stations, restaurants, etc) does not update as you drive down the road. It finds the closest places which may be behind you and doesn't continually update as you travel down the highway. It does give you current prices which is nice.
The diesel engine is strong and surprisingly fast for a truck this size. No worries about merging on the highway or passing slower vehicles. At 65-70 mph it averages nearly 20 mpg.
I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end of the noon games and Nick Burns grabbed the remote and put on the game I requested immediately. While Nick Burns was pricing out two trucks that best matched what I was looking for, other salesman would stop by and ask how I was doing and would strike up a quick conversation about college football. I felt like not only Nick Burns was looking out for my best interest but all the other salesman would check on me to make sure I was comfortable which made for a great experience. Nick Burns brought over two trucks and we were able to get a deal done on a great F150 that I really enjoy driving. I could not have asked for a better experience, didn't miss a play of college football, and was able to get the deal and truck that I wanted. Greatly appreciate Nick Burns as he went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was completely upfront and honest with me about what he could do and he delivered on his word. Highly recommend going to Nick Burns and I have already brought him up several times to family, friends, and co-workers that if they want to get a vehicle, they HAVE to go to Nick Burns and Suburban Ford of Ferndale! Thank you for everything Nick Burns!

Great work truck! Lots of truck bed, great power with 6.7 diesel motor and room for everyone and the dog! 4x4 takes you and your equipment anywhere!
I love coming to Varsity Lincoln whenever I need an oil change. They are attentive as soon as you pull in. Without having an appointment, I usually get my oil changed within an hour. They will follow-up with you as soon if possible if additional work has to be done. They will also alert you to any possible future maintenance. Although I did not purchase this car from Varsity Lincoln, my future car will definitely be purchased through this dealership.
My dream truck

I just retired and wanted the right truck for my retirement dreams. My F250 Superduty does just that. Very happy and for the first time my wife likes riding in it more than her car. This truck will out last me I’m sure. My last two Ford trucks made it past 350,000 miles and 15 years of service. Way to go Ford!
Stepping into a dealership, as a single professional woman is uncomfortable and feels risky because of previous dealings with other dealerships. I’ve been told many things over the years by other dealers that were nothing more than spins off truths and lofty sales lines. I ended up (finally) being very comfortable with every member of the Varsity team that I came into contact with. Jim Montroy was understanding of my apprehension and fears making a such a large purchase. He was honest, PATIENT, very transparent with me. Jim took the time to understand my concerns, answer (all) my questions and gave me solutions and alternatives. Varsity and Jim M have won me over. They have a great selection of stock and will do right by you.
I love it!!!

I just feel invincible driving this truck! I can see over all the other cars and feel more safe because I can see the flow of traffic ahead. Plenty of leg room in the back seat and plenty of engine under the hood!
I leased another car today 10/24/2018. It's my 3rd from Hines Park. The reason I've returned 3 times is Delores Sciberras. I have just retired needed to save money. I thought it was a long shot , to turn my lease in early and lease a new car. The payment is actually less. I thought it was a long shot. Delores made it happen, she's honest tells it like it is. Saving as much money for the customer, very knowledgeable goes out of her way. I'm a Ford retiree whose family members come to when they need a truck or car. I've dealt with lots of car dealers, Hines Park by far is the best. Why, because they have Delores Sciberras. The art of selling a car with honesty. Something thats unfortunately is rare at other car dealers.

This truck has been a pleasure to drive. Smooth, unlike older 3/4 ton pickup trucks. Power from the 6.7 turbo diesel is smooth, quiet, and unmatched. As is the interior and technology features! Great truck for family or crew. A true workhorse!
I Talked with the General Manager at Crest Ford and Sales Manager today. I was confused about the sale pricing My bad these are good People!! :) They helped me get into a Beautiful Nice 2015 Ford Taurus SEL :) I do Love this car it is AWESOME!! :) :)
Excellent styling and comfort on Lariat model.
by Daleham01 from Scranton, PA

Heavy duty truck ride is moderately bumpy but highway travel is smooth. 6.2l motor is adequate power for towing vs 6.7l diesel, if you don't want the additional maintenance costs associated with the diesel engine. The upgraded Lariat package is worth it for the seat comfort, heated and cooled as well, and all additional appearance/comfort features. Handles very well for a large truck and the mpg is actually better than my previously owned F150 ecoboost. The safety rating was definitely a plus for purchasing this truck. Love this truck, would only trade it for a new one!
Dealt with salesmen Craig Blaney. Craig was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for. We ended up buying a truck from him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make a vehicle purchase. Craig is a very friendly person who made our buying experience a pleasurable one.

The salesman Johnny Flores was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He went over the options, took the time to explain the process, and communicated the waiting time very well. He was not pushy but very efficient overall. Very pleased with the experience at this dealership, will definitely use them again and highly recommend to family and friends! Keep it up and thank you for the car!

This is a real truck - compared to my previous 1/2 ton.. handles well. Fair mileage, brute strength for towing my travel trailer. Good fit and finish. Only have had it for 3 months. Also handles well in snow
Gordie was a great guy at the dealership! My first time buying a used car and he made everything really clear. Told us the straight up facts about the car and the situation and ended up giving us a perfect solution to our one issue we had!

Too many extra additives. Coolant additive, DEF additive, parts are outrageous!! Had 2 fuel filters replaced today at A cost of 300.00+ !! For a fuel filter?!! Not to mention I had just one week earlier changed them myself. Parts 177.00. That's ridiculous!!!!
Plenty of legroom, which we all love, Nice interior, even though it doesn't have all the bells and whistles, Quite ride and it doesn't sound like those old diesels, nice size bed, and drives very nice. We are very pleased with this truck, we've only had it for one day, but so far we are very satisfied with this truck and are glad we bought it.
