Service by the local service rep was good. Unfortunately, Ford Motor Co inability to supply appropriate parts for repair results less than satisfactory outcome that is beyond the influence of the local company.
I had my F250 in for service at a 1pm appointment. By 2:30 my truck had not moved and 3 different vehcles had came after me and went into the service bay. This was not accetable and needed to be addressed. I went out to meet with my service writer Justin, who had my just noticed what was going on and was on his way to get things moving. Justin apologized for the mix up and my service was completed by 3:30. Thanks to Justin for moving things along however I hope the next service appointment is kept on time as I know they are very busy but so are the customers.
I had always been a bit hesitant to take my vehicles in to a dealership for maintenance due to the reputation of high cost. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have very fair prices for general maintenance. I was even more surprised to find incredible customer service by everyone I encounter, especially Pat. I will definitely be back.
the buying was easier then thought.Was not expecting to be able to get auto at time.
