We did not buy a Car, but our experience was a good one. We were looking for a cheap used car for our daughter. Buck and Andrew fully disclosed the issues with the car we were looking at and it was much appreciated. It was great to talk with an honest dealer

Thank you to everyone at Schoepp who helped create a seamless buying experience! I was in the market for a new SUV. I reached out online ( let???s be honest, this day in age we all prefer to take care of biz online). Sent an email inquiry???an immediate response (insert applause). Secured a time to come in for a test drive and discussion. No further questions and boom??? I was driving home in my new, very sharp looking Jeep! I???m a returning customer and look forward to continued business!
EXCELLENT customer service! Patrick actually listened to my concerns, found the better option over other competitors, was very honest and did EVERYTHING in his power to help me! This is the best experience I???ve had a dealership by far. Most places have thirsty, pushy sales people that hound you like you???re meat. The staff and sales people were down to earth and easy going. I bought my car the same day and will look to them when it???s time for another purchase.
Although I did not purchase a vehicle I must say that Bryden Ford has that small town hospitality. Kiefer is very knowledgeable on the vehicles and is very kind and understanding. All in all excellent experience.
We drove from Madison wi area to purchase the truck walked in test drove it. And hung out with the two gentlemen inside kiefer, and George until or bank got back to us. They told us a lot about dealerships and the funny stories they have of people purchasing vechiles. They are a small town dealership there for the customer no pressure buying just sit back and talk while you decide what car you want.
I found a Truck I wanted at another dealership, (F350 Quad Cab, Lariat, +Diesel 2017 New+ Ruby Red) Darrell said they could get me that Truck, for that price. Well we made the deal and I could not be happier, and Thanks to all , Darrell,Robert,George,Kiefer,+ Scott.

Great dealership! Eric is very easy to work with, very friendly and all vehicles are priced competitively. Writing the deal is quick and easy. I spent about 30 minutes there and I was on my way home with my new vehicle. I drove over 2 hours to Dodgeville to buy a vehicle because it was the best priced truck for the year, options and mileage that I could find on the internet.
