I leased another car today 10/24/2018. It's my 3rd from Hines Park. The reason I've returned 3 times is Delores Sciberras. I have just retired needed to save money. I thought it was a long shot , to turn my lease in early and lease a new car. The payment is actually less. I thought it was a long shot. Delores made it happen, she's honest tells it like it is. Saving as much money for the customer, very knowledgeable goes out of her way. I'm a Ford retiree whose family members come to when they need a truck or car. I've dealt with lots of car dealers, Hines Park by far is the best. Why, because they have Delores Sciberras.The art of selling a car with honesty. Something thats unfortunately is rare at other car dealers.
I love coming to Varsity Lincoln whenever I need an oil change. They are attentive as soon as you pull in. Without having an appointment, I usually get my oil changed within an hour. They will follow-up with you as soon if possible if additional work has to be done. They will also alert you to any possible future maintenance. Although I did not purchase this car from Varsity Lincoln, my future car will definitely be purchased through this dealership.
Stepping into a dealership, as a single professional woman is uncomfortable and feels risky because of previous dealings with other dealerships. I’ve been told many things over the years by other dealers that were nothing more than spins off truths and lofty sales lines. I ended up (finally) being very comfortable with every member of the Varsity team that I came into contact with. Jim Montroy was understanding of my apprehension and fears making a such a large purchase. He was honest, PATIENT, very transparent with me. Jim took the time to understand my concerns, answer (all) my questions and gave me solutions and alternatives. Varsity and Jim M have won me over. They have a great selection of stock and will do right by you.
I was very upset when I submitted my last post earlier today and I should have taken my issues to a manager. I called back and talked to Joe who is the used car manager. Bill Brown really stepped up and went out of there way to make me happy and I am very grateful. I was picked up by dealership, given a loaner car and was assured they would be retrieving my broken down vehicle! I would definitely take my business back here and recommend it to anyone else. Thanks guys! Great way to handle this situation! If this should happen to anyone again I hope they can expect the same from you.
Dealt with salesmen Craig Blaney. Craig was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for. We ended up buying a truck from him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make a vehicle purchase. Craig is a very friendly person who made our buying experience a pleasurable one.

The salesman Johnny Flores was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He went over the options, took the time to explain the process, and communicated the waiting time very well. He was not pushy but very efficient overall. Very pleased with the experience at this dealership, will definitely use them again and highly recommend to family and friends! Bought a 2013 Ford Mystang convertible in an afternoon. Car was priced well - did my research prior to visit Roy is a great salesman - no pressure We got financing through Credit Union One - 72 months - 2.75% interest Wished he disclosed that the convertible boot was missing - pretty costly to replace Had to ask for second OEM key which they are replacing Threw in some touch up paint

They’re an hour and half away from my home, but the trip was well worth it. They gave me a great deal, made the process very easy and simple. Since we had gotten there late in the day we had to do the paperwork the next day but they got everything taken care of and kept me in the loop on all of it. Then they brought my new vehicle to me with all my paperwork so that I wouldn’t have to make the drive over there again. Very nice experience and took so much less time than I’ve dealt with in the past when buying other vehicles.

I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end of the noon games and Nick Burns grabbed the remote and put on the game I requested immediately. While Nick Burns was pricing out two trucks that best matched what I was looking for, other salesman would stop by and ask how I was doing and would strike up a quick conversation about college football. I felt like not only Nick Burns was looking out for my best interest but all the other salesman would check on me to make sure I was comfortable which made for a great experience. Nick Burns brought over two trucks and we were able to get a deal done on a great F150 that I really enjoy driving. I could not have asked for a better experience, didn't miss a play of college football, and was able to get the deal and truck that I wanted. Greatly appreciate Nick Burns as he went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was completely upfront and honest with me about what he could do and he delivered on his word. Highly recommend going to Nick Burns and I have already brought him up several times to family, friends, and co-workers that if they want to get a vehicle, they HAVE to go to Nick Burns and Suburban Ford of Ferndale!
