Kris and Joel in Blairstown have outstanding customer service and are AMAZING! We totaled a vehicle and within a couple of days they had us back on the road. They answered every question we had, treated us very fair, and continue to help us every way they can. I personally dislike pushy dealerships with pushy salesman and other pushy staff trying to have you buy whatever! I drove two hours to this dealership after talking to Dave about a car I really liked for my collage son.
Boy am I glad I did. Dave was absolutely great-up front and believe it or not honest. Susie was great and very nice to talk to. My experience was great. Thanks Dave and Susie and Thys. I finally bought a car and walked away with clean shorts.
I saw several vehicles of interest in their inventory on Facebook Marketplace and drove an hour to see and test drive three different vehicles. I did not call ahead, but was instantly greeted and allowed to set my own agenda and test drive all three vehicles. The salesman, Kevin, was very accommodating and helpful with no pressure at any point. Once I identified the vehicle I preferred, I found them to be forthright and fair in negotiating the price, including my trade in. From there, their Finance Manager, Kai, was very helpful in completing the paperwork and accommodating our schedule. I had a five star experience and would gladly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used vehicle.
I returned Hawkeye auto. The truck I wanted to buy was sold. I had a different salesman Luke. He explained the other salesman was inexperienced & overwhelmed. I understood, it was busy. Luke was great I purchased a better truck & I'm very happy. I may have overreacted on my first review. I would recommend Hawkeye auto .
Just purchased a Red Mazda MX-5 Miata Convertible from Junge Mazda. Best Dealership experience I have ever had. The zero-pressure sales staff and General Manager made me feel that they wanted to put me in a car I would continue to be happy with at a price I wanted to pay--- and they did. Give these guys a try; you won't be sorry.
A little bit out of the way but worth it! A great markdown got me in the door, but there was no pressure to upgrade, even though my options were laid out for me. They made time for me and didn't make it seem like they wanted to be on to their next customer.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
After car shopping for several months and getting the usual run around from a few delearships we could not have enjoyed our experience at Junge anymore. Gene and Lloyd were terrific to deal with and we will definitely be returning.
I liked working with Christian at Hawkeye auto he wasn’t pressuring us into buying a car right away he made us feel like we were apart of the auto family . He answered all of our questions and before I bought the car he gave me a oil change and new filter I loved my experience at Hawkeye auto
Great experience buying a new Silverado. Everyone I talked to offered to help and seemed genuinely concerned that all my questions were answered. Rick in particular as well as Heather went the extra mile to ensure the vehicle was presented to me clean, that I had no questions regarding the truck or the paperwork involved and that I had the best financing with the lowest interest rate available.
