I owned a F-250 in 1999 and absolutely loved it but later traded for a Dodge then to a Chevy and never was as Happy then when I had my 99? Ford. I am so Happy to have purchased a used 2015 and I am so Happg! It meets all of my needs in a Truck!
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

Just one year old. Battery died(YES everything was off). You cannot get the the door locks to unlock the back seat door(where my jump box is). Thought I would use a solar panel designed to keep batteries charged. Truck is run for 8 days then sits for 6. Guess what some "engineer" designed the truck so none of the aux power outlets work when the truck is turned off(great idea (sic)). The cruse control is a pain in the rear to operate(steering wheel controls are NOT user friendly). If you program a "My Key" you cannot modify without the master key. You do not teed it to program(STUPID). The hands free almost never works( voice comes on and says"you have an incoming call press 1 to answer" NOT hands free. Who designs a 4X4 truck with manual hubs in this day and age, but has an electric lock on the tailgate. I you want to use the front center cup holders with the center jump seat down, you have to remove the headrest from the center console then try to find someplace to store it, I recommend the trash. Took a rock in the windshield when the truck was 4 months old, The new windshield would not seal. After the company replaced twice, it was determined that the windshield opening was not the correct shape, it took tripling the sealant to get the windshield to seal. In the 70's I was a diehard Ford fan but now they are garbage. I would not recommend Ford to my worst enemy.

Too many extra additives. Coolant additive, DEF additive, parts are outrageous!! Had 2 fuel filters replaced today at A cost of 300.00+ !! For a fuel filter?!! Not to mention I had just one week earlier changed them myself. Parts 177.00. That's ridiculous!!!!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I just retired and wanted the right truck for my retirement dreams. My F250 Superduty does just that. Very happy and for the first time my wife likes riding in it more than her car. This truck will out last me I’m sure. My last two Ford trucks made it past 350,000 miles and 15 years of service. Way to go Ford!
Sal is the man very honest and straight forward no hidden costs or fees these guys are for real, the cars are very clean if you're looking for a high performance car these are the guys to see I'm very pleased.

The only complaint I have is the truck I purchased has the snow plow prep package but a regular rear end not a locking axle. I think a little more thought should go into what the truck needs depending on the package it has. Other than that I love everything about my truck!

I really enjoy my F250 it pulls great but quality control with their chrome on both the bumpers is horrible I have rust coming through after 2 months of owning the truck FORD won't fix it I'm not made of money!!!
I've owned many cars and have dealt with many dealerships. For example I own a JEEP and deal with Bayside Dodge... they are the worst of the worst... yet with Scarsdale Ford I am welcomed, feel like I am treated properly, know the mechanics are of strong quality and they are HONEST. Louie in Cust.Service is EXCELLENT and they maintain my vehicle very good!

I love my F-250. It has the 6.0L diesel that many people say are extremely unreliable. I have to disagree. I have not had any problems with my 6.0L and it has been very reliable for me everyday. For two years this truck was my daily driver. I would not reccomend this because fuel economy is not great for an 8,000 pound truck. The interior is fantastic, heated leather seats, leather wrapped steering wheel and a surprisingly low amount of noise when driving. The suspension is rough but that is to be expected from a huge truck that is designed to tow and be loaded at all times. This engine is not low on power at all. I can slip the tires if I press the throttle too hard on acceleration and the turbo response is almost instantaneous. The exterior is very sleek but an older design that doesn't turn heads like it used to. It is a work horse and should be treated as such.
Eric & Bruce were amazing. They took care of everything for me. Buying a car from out of state that I never even laid physical eyes on was a bit scary. But they made the process so very smoothly. Car was exactly as describe looked online. I was in and out of dealership in about an hour.

I don’t blame the quality of this truck on Ford or the truck itself. I blame the dealer that sold me a knowingly beat up xxx truck! They knew it would fail mechanically as we discovered it used to plow.... So they screwed me and here I am!
Very easy experience getting a car from Sam...He was patient and knowledgeable about the car we wanted...When we had more questions he bought his manager over to try and accomodate us the best he could.
We paid and drove off with a great car!

I had an F-150 for 12 years that ran forever with over 150k on it. Unfortunately I was rear ended at high speed and bent the frame. I found my 2005 Ford F-250 Diesel a couple of weeks later. The pulling power is amazing, it does take some gas as mine is lifted but it looks amazing for a 2005. I have 134k on it and it has so much more to go. Keep it serviced and you will absolutely love this truck. I will not let her go until she does not drive anymore. My 6.0 Powerstroke is amazing. Remember to plug her in the winter and you will have no problems.

The truck is everything I wanted. I'm looking to tow a large trailer/5th wheel and the diesel engine will pull strong without complaining. People comment on it's good looks and the leather interior is well done. The only complaint I have so far (6 months in) is the points of interest finder (gas stations, restaurants, etc) does not update as you drive down the road. It finds the closest places which may be behind you and doesn't continually update as you travel down the highway. It does give you current prices which is nice.
The diesel engine is strong and surprisingly fast for a truck this size. No worries about merging on the highway or passing slower vehicles. At 65-70 mph it averages nearly 20 mpg.
They help me to find the right car for me with different options. With the payment I was looking for. They explain all my questions. Excellent service

This is a real truck - compared to my previous 1/2 ton.. handles well. Fair mileage, brute strength for towing my travel trailer. Good fit and finish. Only have had it for 3 months. Also handles well in snow

6.7liter diesel engine is beyond quiet and powerful. This motor will literally throw you back in the seat at half throttle. Gas mileage is average at 18mpg. Turning radius is awesome for a 4 door crew cab. The interior is quiet and everything from the control center to the a/c to the Sync media center is very easy to use. Tons and tons of room in the front and back seats. I can fit 6 grown adults comfortably in my truck. The backup camera I have takes a little getting use to but is super helpful in backing up to trailer. I'm glad I made this purchase and hope this vehicle lasts me a lifetime.
Edit: I am upgrading my previous review from one star to three because of the dealership's General Manager Flavio Pinheiro. Not only was he thoughtful enough to address my review, but he called me to apologize and learn from the experience how to make the business better. I was upset due to the lack of communication between the staff and the customer. I dropped off my 2003 X-type because it had an issue passing the DMV inspection. It took a few days to hear back from anyone. It took them several more days to locate a part. However, the staff did not communicate this to me. When I would call to ask about the status of my car a staff member would tell me they would call me back and never did, or a secretary would direct my call to a voicemail that was never answered. I think it would help the dealership greatly to answer or return calls by the end of the day or early the next day. Staff members who do not know the answer to a question should not promise to call back "in two minutes" and then never call back. Because my car is an older model, I began to feel that my business did not matter. There were days when I waited patiently for a call back. Then there were days where I grew greatly impatient and tried several times to reach someone. I don't mind at all that it took two weeks to get back the car because I now know they were trying to locate the part from several other dealerships. However, I would have felt a great sense of relief and comfort that my car was indeed being cared for if someone would have tried every few days to call and give me an update without me having to chase an employee down. I would definitely now give this dealership another chance, and I suggest if a customer is having an issue to reach out to Flavio. He will try to address your concern and has made me a happy customer once again.
My 2003 X-type could not pass DMV inspection. I felt confident that the dealership I bought the car from could diagnose and repair the problem. However, this dealership has changed greatly for the worse since becoming a Paul Miller dealership. No one answers or returns calls on the multiple phone numbers listed on their website. There is not enough follow-up to update the customer on the status of the repair. I would call the Service Dept only to get redirected to the Parts Dept voicemail that is never answered. They explained the problem with the car and then added on two additional issues that I felt padded the bill. I told them to fix what was wrong with the car so I could pass inspection. They agreed to do so. However over a week and a half later, I still didn't hear back from from them whether the car was ready. I called multiple times and was finally able to speak to someone. They told me because my car was older they were having trouble locating the part. If the dealer can't get the part, who can? What kind of answer is that? Why didn't they call me during that week long of waiting to explain what was going on? They said they would call me the next day to let me know what would happen next. I still haven't heard from them 24 hours later. They are the reason people avoid repairs at a dealership.
