I went in there to get a used car but I came out with a brand new car because of the best offers I could not just pass up!!! Praise the LORD!!!

Excellent experience. I'm a careful researcher and made several visits to the dealership. Mark, Johnny, Mike, and Coach were all very patient and answered every question. Final selection was an Explorer Premium not on their lot. Committed on a Friday night and they had the car on site, detailed, and ready for delivery mid day on Saturday. Super service and experience.
I called in on Wednesday morning and Ken answered the call. He was able to keep up with my questions and what I wanted in my car. I also let him know my mother bought her Civic here back in 2012 so if they???re as good to me as they are to her, they have a customer for life. Needless to say Ken was absolutely amazing. He answered every single question my boyfriend and I had and wasn???t pushy at all. He worked with us on the trade value of my 2013 Soul and I left with a gorgeous brand new 2018 Civic Thursday night. Ken stayed well after hours to explain everything the car can do and I can tell everyone for a fact that most sales people won???t do that.

Miles and had no serious problems, Craig kept the car serviced. Wanted a new Explorer 2018 and Don Rice got me into one and out the door within a short time.
