My daughter had an issue with a Toyota Camry she purchased, right after she bought the car. The problem was resolved by the owner. He replied to e-mails and text messages promptly, and provided a minor repair free of charge at his facility to address the issue.
I just bought a Truck form Bill and John. I must say with no doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. Diesel trucks are expensive and I got a low mileage truck for what others were asking with a lot more miles. They had many other clean sharp trucks on the lot. I had to drive a ways and the Truck was very clean and beyond my expectations and well worth the drive. My daughter whom went with me was impressed also and my wife loves it. After the test drive I was in and out the door in less than a half hour.
Both Bill and John are down to earth people and it was a pleasure talking to them. I wish them both the best.
Marcus and Carlos made our purchase actually enjoyable. First time this had happened in buying either a new or used car. Very honest and efficient transaction. Nice facility and good selection of cars to choose from. The website allowed for review of all cars available.
After our incident on 11/28/2018. The dealership contacted me and offered to make things right. They apologized for what was an accident. I understand this and continued to do business with them by purchasing a truck. I would like to thank them for giving the extra mile and doing the customer right. I would do business with them again.
Just bought used Toyota Camry from Cowles Nissan. The salesman name Rusty was very honest professional answering every question we had just the best salesman I had ever encountered. He has many years of experience. He didn’t pressure us to buy the car. He was very patient with us and very knowledgeable of the cars and everything we were asking. If you need to buy a car I recommend going to Rusty. Thanks for everything Resty.
Pros: Good clean facility, many choices, flexible hours, professional staff. Cons: Vehicles considerably overpriced--many times more than the dealer, trade in vehicles considerably underpriced. For instance, the Mercedes Benz S500 that I wanted was priced $2200 more than the local dealer and they offered me $17000 for my vehicle which I sold two days later for $25000. For those reasons, this is a good place to research different types of vehicles but buy only after checking at a local dealer.
The post office lost everything that Kingstowne sent so that I could register my car in my home state. Kingstowne was kind enough to let me come pick up the documents instead and give me a new set of temporary tags.
That was an easy buy at this place. I was cautious and skeptical buying a relatively expensive car from a none-franchise dealership. But that was not the case with Victory Motors. I bought a 3-years old Audi A8 TDI/Diesel there in July 2018...The car exceeded my expectations and overall the whole buying process was very easy and honest. My credit history is very good though and credit score is excellent. Great thanks to Adam and Victor who helped me there.
I leased Chevy Traverse in 2017 from this dealership when it was Manassas Chevrolet and had a bad experience. This time wanted to buy a Cruze. Every step went without any issue. Sales Associate Carlos was very professional and nice. Austin in finance answered all my concerns and was very professional. It was overall very good experience.
I was a out of town buyer and 80% of my dealing was over the phone - Johnny and Garan made the process very easy and smooth - arrived at the dealership and left very happy- definitely recommend these guys!!
No-pressure sales people. Have bought two cars here; both from Russell. Highly recommended.
There is no indoor showroom which makes shopping a bit sporty on a cold, windy or rainy day. But Russell happily brought the cars (plural) we were interested in seeing right up to the door for us.
Did I mention no-pressure. That is different from no-hassle which means take it or leave it. In the end, Lindsay will deal on the price, especially if you are trading in.
This is an old-school dealership with up-to-date technology.
I have bought 4 trucks from this dealer ship. Great people to deal with Billy will do what he can to make you happy before you leave there. Billy, Ben, Andrew and Ol Stan good guys so go by a truck and be happy.
