I went to Auto Enterprise after doing a search on Cars.com, The car I wanted was a bit too high but I sent out a request anyway. Pete personally messaged me and asked If I wanted. When I said the price was out of my way he asked what I could do. They lowered the price and monthly payments to fit my budget.
When I went to pick up my car there were no extra fees, no shady deals, no bait and switch. I got my car, my papers signed, and I was out the door with a smile. If you need a used car, BUY HERE.
Mike Q was the best sales man he answered all my questions and the financing was easy to do since they deal with so many banks . Mike found the car I was looking for and the payments and warranty .right on. thanks Mike.
I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.
The Service Department at FPR has always provided excellent service. My Service Rep, Steve Wollak has always taken care of all my service need and ensured I receive fast and quality service. Thanks FPR.
Cars Unlimited is a great place to buy a used vehicle. Allen & Co. are not your typical car salesman, so you have the leisure to look at all the vehicles at your own pace without anyone trying to pick something out for you. There were free CarFaxes available on their online inventory, which made finding a few vehicles to look at ahead of time very easy and shows that they aren't trying to withhold any information. When I had the vehicle I was interested in, there was no hassle to take it out for a test drive; we just let them know which one and they brought the keys right out. The paperwork was quick and painless, there were no attempts to sell any extra and unneeded things. They even held the car for a day, without any down payment, so that I could get the money transferred. Allen is a very professional and down-to-earth guy who takes pride in his work, it was a great pleasure dealing with him throughout the purchase. Even though I was buying one of the cheapest cars on the lot, I felt that Allen treated me the same, if not better, than someone who were buying the most expensive vehicle. He went out of his way to ensure that I had the best possible experience for my first car purchase. I will definitely be recommending Cars Unlimited to anyone I find that’s looking for a used vehicle and look forward to purchasing vehicles in the future here as well.
We were very pleased with our overall experience with the purchase of our vehicle. Jeff, our sales representative was very professional and personable. He pays attention to all details and made sure we got a purchase we were happy with. He is someone that is not afraid to go the extra mile. The rest of the team , Curt, the sales manager and Juan in financing were also a pleasure to work with all making the buying experience a pleasure. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Team Jeff.
Peter is not a car salesman he is a.caring helpful person genuinely offering service above and beyond what is normal Highly recommend doing business with him
