He did exactly what he said he would do. I very much appreciate him taking the time to fix my issue, and treating me as a valued customer. Not many places do that these days and its much appreciated. I contacted the warranty company and informed the warranty company of the engine problem. Andy contacted the warranty company to assist me with getting the engine replaced. Andy contacted the repair shop to have the engine diagnosed and to have the engine replaced. Andy went above and beyond to provide quality customer service. Andy contacted the warranty company numerous times to ensure that the warranty was processed to replace the engine. I am very satisfied with the quality of service he provided to satisfy me. The repair shop replaced the engine. The vehicle is running properly.
