I routinely use Sam Galloway for service and repairs. The people are always friendly and professional. On this trip the needed service was minimal - oil change and alignment but the Service Manager came out several times to inform me of the progress. I have never had to take a vehicle back for repeated repairs, they get the job done right the first time.

Well, to be frank the Tamiami dealership was amazing. I was trying to buy a car in California but dealership was not about me but about them. I got tired and called Doug Belanger it was after hours but he worked with me to not only buy Ford Bronco in Florida but to ship yo California. The experience along with Tanya was the most pleasant and professional experience any one person could ask for. I recommend this dealership and the vehicles on this lot. 2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.

Not proud of myself for what I put Desiree and Skye through. Lol Here is short version. I use my truck for work and it was just purchased a month ago. First week I lost a/c unit while in Az. I was able to get fix at dealership before anyone knew of a recall on a/c compressors. Now I’m in Texas 5 days later and it broke again. Now I’m extremely pissed off. I paid 140k for a new truck and now this. I took to where I bought my great truck at coconut point ford. I met Skye and Desiree after out call. These ladies are extremely good with their customers. They both had me at calmed down and laughing about a cheap product Ford company stuck in my truck. They explained so much regarding how much work is needed to get this job done with the right parts. Unfortunately due to damage that defected compressor. The sent me pictures. Communication was awesome and I have to say this diesel truck service dept. and their mechanics are top notch. I will only take my truck to them moving forward. If you want transparency, then come here for service. Finally. Considering the extensive damage that was caused, they had my truck back in a great time frame. Thank you Coconut point ford diesel service dept.

Service writer Laura was excellent. That's all that was excellellent. Came in for oil change and asked to have tires set to 32lbs. Fr was set to 47lbs, FL was set to 38lbs,, blwas set to 35lbs, and br was set to37lbs. This type of service from a dealership is pathetic. Bought car there in August at that time tag light was hanging out, broken. They said it would be replaced but on Friday they made me pay $145. Please contact me to rectify.

I had my 2019 Challenger Scatpack in for service. All went well. A few days later, my battery went out. So I took the car back in and they replaced the battery under warranty. Thanks!

The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

Recently I brought in my 2022 Yukon because of a lifter failure. That being said Doug Peavey took care of me from the moment I went it until I picked up my truck. he kept me informed, the repair was performed, and my truck was returned to me the way I dropped it off. This truck is the best I have ever had. Ride is firm and stable. Steering is very positive. Mirrors and perimeter views are outstanding. Very comfortable. Not winter yet so I haven't tried all the features and accessories.

I got my crew cab 2019 F250 XLT with the 6.2L for 37k in 2020 with 22k miles on it. I’ve put 25k miles on it in two years and It’s been ok, the cab is very spacious, first thing people say when they open the back doors is “this thing is a limo!” And trust me it’s the best thing for moving. I love the fold up backseats, it’s just that much more cargo space. Mine also has the pop up organizer under the seat which is perfect for grocery shopping, and keeping tools from rolling around. She’s pretty quick for her size too which I enjoy, I’ve had no running issues yet but honestly I’m not impressed with its Towing capabilities. I had my older 7200lb superduty on a trailer and the 2019 seemed to have a hard time figuring out what gear it wanted to be in even with tow mode on while doing 30-40mph. Between that, the heat shield breaking drive shafts recall, and the death wobble I’m sad to say I’m a bit scared of how reliable this thing will be in the long term. I have mine on the list for a new steering dampener to fix it’s death wobble but parts are back ordered “could be 2 weeks or 6 months” the dealership told me. Luckily Ford will cover it cuz it’s a widespread known issue tho. I love the ride and the space, but the mpg is killing me at 15mpg when my 2000 f250 also gets 12-15! 19 years of improvements for the same fuel mileage? Kind of pathetic! My 2000 is just a better truck even with the smaller 5.4L. when it comes to hauling, towing and yanking trees out of the ground the old girl takes the cake!

I fulfilled a bucket list thing by purchasing my 2002 T-Bird at Tamiami Ford. I can't say enough about my excellent experience with Manny and the entire staff at the dealership and I am super picky because I sold vehicles for 26 years. Over the past 30+ years, I have purchased ~8 different 3/4 ton trucks, mostly diesel fords. The 2017 F250 Platinum has not disappointed, no engine issues and tows like a champ. My only complaint would be the seats are small and the comfort is terrible. You don't really notice it until you drive 5 or 6 hours and you have to stop because your butt and legs are killing you. This was not true with older models where driving across country was a breeze. Ford is not alone in downsizing the seating, even the airlines have done it.
