I have to say these guys were the best. Understanding in a stressful situation for my husband and myself. Got us into a new flex the next day. Great dealership, great sales guys, great finance guy. Very helpful even though we went through our own bank. We will be buying from them again.

I just traded in my 2012 Camaro ZL1 for a 2002 Mustang Gt that was loaded with thousands worth of upgrades. I was working with Don through the transaction and I was in a situation where I was trying to buy down and drop my car note and still get into a vehicle that was somewhat comparable to my ZL1. Me and Don were able to come up with an arrangement where all I needed to do was stop by swap keys sign a couple documents and I was in and out in a matter of a hour. The only reason it took an hour is because my bank was taking a long time with paper work on there end. I have purchased many vehicles from dealers and experienced both the best and worst and by far my experience dealing with the Glacier Valley Ford group was nothing short of painless and positive. There whole staff is very professional and down to earth people who really seem to care about YOU the buyer as a person and not just a means to an end. I was passing through Ontario in my new Outback when I had many warning lights flashing, gear shifting problems, etc. Ron in the service department was great. He took my car in right away (next appointment was 3 days away), ordered the needed parts for next-day delivery and had the car fixed as soon as parts arrived. Lori arranged for me to have a loaner car, a brand-new 2018 Outback, for the two days. They left me my car for after-hours pickup and I was able to return the loaner at the same time and was on my way out of the state. All this at no charge!
Stopped there last Wednesday. Vehicle advertised on the internet.

He said car was already sold, but there was no sold sign on the car nor was the ad removed. He was not too cordial or anxious to find something else for me.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Nate was extremely kind, honest, and knowledgeable regarding my vehicle and the service needed. I truly appreciate the shuttle service that took me to work and picked me back up when my vehicle was finished (shout out to Keith!).
Not only were the employees great, I couldn't find a better price for the repairs done. It's not often you leave a dealership/mechanic feeling good about what was done.
