The sales Manager, Maintenance Manager, along with along with Sales Staff ,represent the best of the best. I was in, selected the vehicle that I had screened on the internet , no haggle as to making a deal, first offer agreed upon necessary engine light repairs taken care of, and I was out, and on my way. The dealership had the vehicle I wanted at an excellent price. I looked around and no local dealers could match the price. I drove 2.5 hs to the dealership and the internet sales person Carl was very profesional, had the vehicles ready for me to test drive and was very acomodating. The only thing I didn???t like is that he never mentioned to me the dealer adds!!! Only after I tested the vehicle he showed me all the adds that added around 1,700 to the vehicle. He told me that he would only charge me for the tint and I agree to that. After he gave me the RICHARD price with taxes and Fer the Sales Manager walked in and in a very rude way said that that was not the price and they ne sed to add another 1300 to the vehicle price. He almost told me if I didn???t like go somewhere else. Carl intervened and brought the Sales Director who was very nice and told me that they will honor the original price.!!! After the purchase was done I told the sales director that with a sales manager like that he was more likely to loose customers rather than gain them. Thanks to the attitude of the Sales Director and Carl I would consider NS Ford for my future vehicle purchase.
They will write down a price and they will honor the deal for a month! I???m still waiting on my full detailing but it difficult to get this done when you live out of town and have to make an appointment. Ford corporation ought to make it easier for these dealerships to service accounts without feeling like they are losing loyalty from their clientele.
My experience with BB JEEP was overall a success. From the time I met Russ in the Parking lot to signing papers with Sheli. It was smooth and stress-free. Russ asked all the right questions, guided me to the right vehicles, and listened to my budget requirement. I never felt pressured and I felt comfortable with him the entire time. I felt he was sincere and trust-worthy. He wasn’t your typical car saleamen trying to close a deal and superficial. He brought back the small town feel of authentic conversations and sharing a piece of his life with me. Thanks, Russ! I’m extremely content with my New Jeep Cherokee purchase and I appreciate the great experience.
