My purchase began over the phone as the particular truck I was interested in showed it was 'in transit' to the dealership and wouldn't arrive for several weeks. Andy Morales was my Sales Consultant. I came to interstate Ford to have a recall issue taken care of. Mary Jo Fuletti helped me with that problem. I told her that there were other concerns regarding my F150 truck. She listened to my concerns and translated them so that her mechanical staff would understand what needed to be looked at. After an inspection, I was informed that there was about $5000 worth of work to be done. I have a Toyota warranty for the vehicle having bought it used from a Toyota dealer. Mary Jo had difficulty getting a response from the warranty folks but she was tenacious and got an inspector from the warranty office to come look at the truck and approve the work that needed to be done. Through Mary Joe’s and interstate Fords efforts, I had a total of about $6000 worth of work done with no out-of-pocket charges. I will definitely be back when my truck needs service or work. Found a 2024 GMC AT4 pickup truck on the website that looked brand new, agreed to buy it on a Monday, with pickup date of that Thursday. Upon arrival Thursday, the truck was parked in front ready to go, but was so dirty on the outside when sitting in it the color looked grey, not black. Everyone involved with the sale was great to work with, just very disappointed the truck wasn't washed to look like it was represented in the ad, it was a dry sunny day, no excuses for weather.
