Rafael and Jacob are true professionals?calm, patient, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented. Their communication was clear, they never pressured me, and they took the time to explain every detail. I have never had a more honest and caring individual than Mike. His knowledge and personality sold me on him as an individual and his no pressure approach is the most refreshing part of this sale.
