I had the pleasure of working with Dennis Blair (sales) and Quienten "Q" Clark (finance) two weeks ago on a new Ford Edge ST purchase. I had looked any many different makes and models and really liked the 2018 Ford Edge Sport that I originally drove at a dealer in Longmont. Short version is I got the high pressure sales tactics (I've been in sales for 20 years so that was NOT going to work on me). So next day I called Interstate Ford and was connected with Dennis. I explained what I was looking for and was ok waiting for 3 months for the new ST model. Went down and talked to him F2F and knew I was going to buy from him. Dennis has been doing this a long time and was easy to work with, answered my questions, and actually asked about my background. Dennis introduced me to Q so I had a chance to speak with him, learn about their extended warranty options, and even had them look at my current vehicle and get a $ number for trade in value. All of this was several months before I made the purchase. Three months later the car I ordered showed up and I bought it. I had already met the team and was quite comfortable with the process. Most of the paperwork was already done so I only spent about 90 minutes there from start to finish. I highly recommend Dennis, Q and the rest of the team at Interstate Ford.
I came here looking for a car I saw online, Mike found it fast, took it for a ride. The car had an unsual sound but the guys did a great job taking care of it a few days later. Buying the car was fast and easy. Everybody was very helpful and honest. The car is 2011 but is in amazing condition.
This was our second car we bought from Longmont Ford dealership and it too was a very good experience. No pressure and lots of patience! Nick was fabulous and showed us whatever we asked to see and never tried to push us into anything. He walked away when we needed to discuss and was right there when we had more questions. Got a super good deal on a Tacoma with these guys. I live in Albuquerque and they picked me up from the airport and literally was in and out of the dealership in 30 min, it was a cash deal and it was so nice to have the dealership understand that up front. No pressure at all to buy any other products as everything was negotiated prior to me showing up. There is always that concern buying a unit sight unseen but as soon as I showed up and I saw that the truck was clean clean clean. Hopped back on I25 South and had no issues whatsoever. Truck really feels and looks new, especially the interior, I cant believe it is used. I can still smell a hint of that "new car smell" when it heats up a little outside when I get in. Have had for a month now and am still loving it. These guys are straight up, I dealt with Nachie, the GM, as well as Victor in Finance, and Rafael and Jesus in Sales, all were very helpful, friendly and most importantly ALWAYS got back to me in a timely manner. Save yourself from the big franchise lots and stick with this independent. Thanks again!!!
Took my Ford F 150 in for work on a couple of recalls and for a grinding noise in the front driver???s side hub. Everything up to this point has been great, recalls were taken care of by the afternoon. Didn???t get the grinding in the IWE taken care of yet as they needed to order parts. I am waiting for the call on the arrival of the parts to get that issue resolved. I worked with Don in the service department and he was great, professional, and easy to work with. so far great experience.
Steev was delightful to work with and made the process of buying a new car pain free. Definitely felt he was looking out for our best interest and was honest and strait forward. We would definitely refer friends and family to him for the purchase of a new car.
Brought my 2015 Fusion in for a couple of recall issues, which were successfully resolved. However, the low tire pressure notification light was lit and yet that issue was not addressed by cheicking/inflating the tires. The light is very big and cannot be missed (and they also commented on tread depth). Disappointed as I see this as a safety issue as well as an item that sould be addressed regardless.
Kate was very knowledgeable about the truck we wanted. she wasn't pushy. We did a test drive rather late one evening. we talked about financing options and decided to see what our options were with our credit union. Groove was very patient while we got things arranged and we drove it home the next day. very satisfied.
After having a less than satisfactory experience at another dealership, I came to Groove Ford. Needless to say, I should have come here in the first place!! They were very easy to work with, and negotiated well to fit my budget goal. I got a lot more car than I was initially looking for, and a fair price for my trade. I???m grateful to my salesman Ken Barteau, Finance Manager Julia Allen, and the sales managers who made for a seamless and transparent transaction. I LOVE my 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid!!!
The service department was sketchy at best here for a long time. I do have to state my last visit was much better. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was horrified at the line of cars as historically they were very slow in getting to and returning my vehicle in a timely manner. This visit it was done early. They also did almost all of what I asked which is much better than usual. Historically they would tell me they rotated and adjusted tire pressure when in fact they did not check tire pressure. When I questioned why the gauges said it was off they said it was the gauge. I double checked when I got home and sure enough they hadn't done the work. This time they didn't replace a break light I had asked to have done but did get all the other items done and done well. Big step in the right direction! Thanks to whoever is now running service as the changes for the better are definitely noticeable!
