He made me feel like a friend helping out a friend. The rest of the staff was awesome also. The finance dep bumped up my trade in above what it was worth just to get me to the monthly payments i needed to do the deal. A++ will go to them again.

I was sold a pig-in-a-poke by the dealership. However, this truck is quite the piece of machinery! Two dealerships conspired (whether intentionally or negligently) to sell me this truck. Only when I returned from OK to FL and brought the truck in for an oil change did I learn of the concealed problems in a number of important systems. About the truck, ignoring the problems: The engine is quiet & powerful, the suspension eats rough roads like a hungry hiker eats granola. The load carrying ability is impressive, as is the towing power. The interior is vast and roomy and remarkably quiet even at 70 MPH. Cons: ) It costs ~$100 to fill the tank with Diesel @ $3.219/gallon. ) My Saturn seems tiny, mushy, and low after driving my new bad-boy. I can only give it 4 stars for Value for the Money, because the repairs were quite unexpected. Not as unexpected as being deliberately lied to. And it does cost more the double what it costs to operate the Saturn in normal driving...

No pressure from Malakai the Manager, who is also calm and relaxed. He was willing to listen and make adjustments. Even signing the paperwork was easy as typically this is the time my stomach aches and my heart goes 0- 120 in one second.

The platinum edition of this truck is all that I could ask for in comfort and ease of use. The 6.7 powerstoke has plenty of power and works great.

Dear Bickford Ford, My wife and I have purchased 8 dealer sold cars over the past 45 years without a lot of love for the process or sales folks. Our latest car purchase of a 2025 Bronco Sport from Bickford Ford however was an exceptional experience all around. We had not planned to purchase a car but were in the neighborhood and simply stopped to see a Bronco Sport up close. We ran into Mike Mauer as he was heading out the sales office door. He asked if he could help us in a non-sales polite manner. We said we were interested in learning more about the Bronco Sport but were just looking. Mike was very accommodating with no sales hype or pressure. He is very genuine and knowledgeable. Based on our experience that day we went ahead over the following week settling on the trim package we wanted as Mike tracked down several options. Know what you are buying. This is a high end diesel work truck that can tow anything, and drive down the road in comfort and style. The power and torque are best in class. Very dependable, but not cheap to own and maintain. The best truck I have purchased to date. Ford has been in our family 50+years, for business and pleasure. This truck is a statement!

This vehicle is the perfect combination of comfort, style and performance. This Truck is a 4x4 lariat that is loaded with options. It tows like a truck should while giving comfort of a luxury car.

Used to pull travel trailer. Powerful enough to haul big load reliably in nasty weather. 22 mpg when not towing, 9-13 when pulling trailer. Can run easily in cruise under load. Temp range operated in is -30 to 100+ with no problems. The ride is quiet. The 1000+ ft-lbs of torque means you can accelerate in a huge hurry if you need to. This rig is on the road 6-8 months out of the year. You can easily make the run of Houston->Minneapolis in an 18 hour straight shot, it's comfortable and quiet enough. By comfort this means comfy seats yes but more importantly you're not fighting the wheel and getting tired driving in crosswinds. I didn't buy this to impress my neighbours; I bought it to carry and haul, and it does very well doing that.

I found the customer service to be very helpful and easy to work with. Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers.
