Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I???ve been here twice in 5 months for a car. Each time Eric and the rest of the Team at Camelback Ford went to the ends of the earth (Southwest United States) to find the best car for me. In addition their caring customer service extends to the service department and making sure I???m completely satisfied with my purchase.
This is our second new car purchase from Sanderson Ford. They make car buying a good experience. There is absolutely no high pressure. The sales people are knowledgeable and go out of their way to create a casual friendly atmosphere. The finance manager is very well organised and easily answers any questions. The fellow that helps you understand all the technology of you new car was thorough and communicated well. If and when we need another vehicle, we will go to Sanderson.
Got into a new VW Atlas last night, second VW from this store, and same great experience. Michael Cray was great to work with. Dan McCoy made the deal work, and Steven Porter in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new VW.
After searching for a pickup for almost 3 wks, meeting with multiple salesmen & test driving several makes & models I can honestly say your dealership excels in customer service. Tim Travis, Monty Pierson & Ryan Huston worked together like a finely tuned orchestra to find us exactly what we were looking for and to work a deal that, frankly, exceeded our expectations. Ours wasn't a case of coming in and seeing exactly what we wanted at the right price. Our case involved multiple trucks & test drives over a 2 day period, staying after hours to finalize the deal & required bringing over a vehicle from another store. It involved negotiating terms that would keep the dealership happy yet get us the truck we wanted at a good price and still give us what we wanted for our trade-in. Well done Tim, Monty & Ryan!
