So many issues; where should I start’ For the first 6 months the ford sync system was down constantly. This would meant no heat! Engine light went on at 30k. That means no remote starter. This happened so many times I lost count. Seems to have every sensor which cost more on repairs but the low washer fluid sensor they forgot. Message would come on that the truck is shutting down in 30 seconds. Do you know what that means when your in left lane pulling an 8 ton trailer’ How ford could do that is beyond me. That happened 7 times in 2 years. Washer fluid lines had to be replaced 3 times I the five years I owned it.
I bought a van from Rick Ridings and could not be more happy. Dan Dressen was the sales associate I bought the vehicle off of and he was great. Answered any questions I had and was down to earth which makes buying a car so much easier. If your ever up in the air about where to purchase your next vehicle from I would totally recommend Rick Ridings in Monticello and ask for Dan Dressen you will not be sorry. I will be a forever customer!

Ford finally got it right with the 6.7 power stroke. I have 283000 miles on mine with very little shop time. I have pulled alot of heavy loads. Probably 35 percent of the time it's pulling a trailer. Like it so much we picked up a 2016 f450.;
I found a car online and Gayle helped me with everything through email, which was the most convenient for me. It was a 4 hour drive for me and Gayle answered questions, took additional pictures and was able to give me a total cost upfront to help me decide if it was what I was looking for. He was very straightforward, honest and there was no hidden fees! When we arrived, the car was in better condition than I even expected, the tires were like new!
Highly recommend this dealer and Gayle, especially for people coming from a distance. No Games! All pricing and financing was confirmed before arrival. Car was accurately depicted. Was a pleasurable buying experience and was only there about an hour for the test drive and to sign paperwork. More dealers should be this easy! A++Thanks again!

The Ford F-350 is all the truck you need for everything. Has tons of pulling power and also luxury inside. This truck is very comfortable and room for all. If you need a truck call Aaron. You will not be disappointed.
The dealership was really nice. Lots of cars to choose from. The salesperson, Brandon, was a pleasure to work with. He worked to make the deal possible.

Go to vehicle for towing, hauling and traveling. Pull a boat, trailer and fifth wheel. Diesel gets good enough mileage but great performance. Quality very good.
Cons: BMW pricing and ford pinto service. For the price these vehicles are going the service departments should be better. In my area there is no dealer that can service, fix warranty and wash in the same visit. I looked at an higher end mustang and decided against because I can get better after the sale service going German or Japanese. If they ever offered a truck with this performance would switch in a heartbeat.
Bought a 2014 Ford Explorer on 01/05/2018, within 1 day had a plastic piece fly off the vehicle as I'm driving down the road. Called and text the sales guy, Brian Stout and explained what happened. His response was text me pictures of the vehicle.I waited 5 hours for him to respond. When he did he stated he would have to ask the sales manager. When I didn't hear back from him after 5 hours I called and stated if the parts are not fixed I'll be returning the vehicle. This got a response back from Brian that the sales manager agreed to fix the part.
Schedule an appointment for items to be repaired on 01/15/18 and was told we could pick-up car the next day. Received a call 4 hours later that car was ready.
Once we arrived the Service manager was very rude and unprofessional. Just handed us the keys and pointed outside "saying car is parked out there" We went searching for the car and had to set off the emergency alarm on the button to find the vehicle. Inspected the vehicle and found the part they replaced still was not fixed. Went inside and they stated this is a common problem and will send someone outside to look.
Guy came out looked at the vehicle and he too stated this is a common problem with the Ford vehicle's and they "just were not put together correctly" I'll need to bring the vehicle inside to fix it.
My husband and myself walked back inside the service desk and we waited for about 4 minutes then had to walk up and ask someone if there was a placed to sit while we wait. They pointed around the corner and stayed "yes in there".
The service all together was very poor and unprofessional! I have already told friends and family do not go to Ford City for a new vehicle and/or have any service done there.

I'm super satisfied with the big 2014 F350. I paid less than half the price of a new vehicle and would buy another today if I could.
It was great experience. They were so good and friendly.
Their cars are good condition and strong enough.
Also, they have enough options to choose with wide price range.

This truck used to pull my 9 horse horsetrailer and also has, most elegantly, taken me to many black tie events. It's in perfect condition and even comes with a Ford-dealership-bought Premium Extended Warranty that's good for another 3 years.
