This is what the car buying experience of the 21st Century should be like. Gina contacted me immediately, took some of my information over the phone and I was there at 9:00am the next morning. The experience was easy, low pressure, and enjoyable!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Was looking for a used diesel truck and this place offered one at a price that was too good to be true. I did my homework and was comfortable making the purchase. My experience with the guys inside was nothing short of fantastic. They were very personable and had a few people in the lot but still made sure to come talk to us when we pulled up. They pretty much left us alone to look at the truck and take it for a test drive, which was nice, no pushy salesmen tactics. We did discover a problem with the A/C on the truck we bought and they offered to fix it but since we didn't live nearby we negotiated the price instead, which they were willing to do since they didn't know about the problem.
Expectation management, if you are looking for a show truck, look somewhere else. This place specializes in "work trucks" and that definitely shows. Even the truck I bought has some very minor cosmetic flaws, but the engine and transmission are solid and should last me a very long time. The cosmetics aren't so bad and you really have to be looking for them to notice them. If you are like me and want a good solid, reliable, workhorse and you want to pay a very fair price for it, then you are in the right place and would be hard pressed to find a better place. I would recommend this place to anyone in the work truck market.
Only had my truck less that 24 hours but I was so happy with the buying experience that warranted its own review!
Drove 30 miles to look at a used truck at Mancini's, met Randy who was very informative and knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Checked out and test drove the truck and made a good deal with Randy. Never before had I bought a used vehicle where a state inspection (with any required repairs were made) and an emissions test was performed with the purchase of the vehicle. As I waited for the repairs to be made they took me to a diner for breakfast and picked me up when I was done!!! Great people, 1st class operation. Thanks Mancini
After being scammed twice when purchasing a car after mine was totaled, I finally found Mancini Motors. I would recommend this small dealership to everyone. From the choices to the prices they are top of the line. Randy the salesman worked very hard to get the financing I needed and Jaime the owner made sure that I got a good reliable car. They even re-painted the car because they didn't like the way it looked. The exhaust system cracked after only having the car for a little over a week (which they would not have known would happen) and they completely replaced it at no charge to me. Friendly, reliable and trustworthy is all I can say about everyone associated with this dealership. I would highly recommend Mancini Motors for a good used car.
I was looking for a low mileage 1 ton commercial van. Front line had a good selection. No pressure sales. Allowed me to inspect as many vans as I desired. Once I found the one I wanted they had it cleaned & serviced ready to go. Engine check light came on a month later & I brought back & they made the repairs with no charge & a friendly attitude. I would highly recommend Front-line
Found Front Line on cars.com. Excellent buying experience. Found a great car at an amazing price. We were given double for our car compared to a nearby dealer's offer. My husband found the brakes on the car a little spongey. Front Line replaced all four rotors and put four new tires on the car. We felt this was more than fair. Tim was wonderful to work with. He made us a fair offer. There was no pressure to buy. We were given the keys and permitted to take the car without a salesman. As a whole, the buying experience was relaxed and pressure free. I would definitely recommend Front Line to a friend.
After having a completely disrespectful experience at Twin Pine Auto in Ephrata, I stopped in to see these guys. I wanted a rare 2011 Taurus SHO. After 24 hrs they found it for me. Bill Young and Tim have been great. Worked out a deal and will be picking up car in the next few days. They went the extra mile and treated me like a friend. Not the dollar signs Twin Pine does. They will find the car for you if they don't have it.
Blake did a very good job and was easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. Would definitely go back.
