I bought an MKT several months ago and went back today for an oil change. Phil in the service department was wonderful and even helped me with some operating questions I had.
Not only was the buying process a pleasant experience but the service department is also a great experience.
I bought this site unseen. I talked my brother into looking at the truck and taking it for a test drive. I trust my brother since he knows the owner and I was so far away, he lives in the same small town. Truck drove great, with no isssues. It was in my price range and I needed a 4 wheel drive. Thomas was very nice and Jake was easy to wrk with. No regrets, it will be just fine. TPMS light was on my brother noticed and needed an oil change. All done, all fixed, all good. No biggie. Thomas is down to earth, small town country folk. Just call them and tell them your price range. Needs to work with local banks on financing if you need it though.
Called on a truck on a Monday. Salesman very friendly and honest. I was 900 miles away and a little nervous about buying without seeing it. I asked a lot of questions and they did their best to check things over. Decided on a price and set up a time to pick it up. Next day I got a call apologizing but found an issue with the truck so we renegotiatedon't and agreed to lower price. Drove down and felt they were as honest as other reviews said. How many guys would be upfront about an issue I would have never known? Tom even met me early in the morning so I could get back on the road. Only reason I put 4 stars is I found a couple small issues that should have been noticed or marked on disclosure sheet.
Connor was great on assisting us find the best vehicle for us and our growing family. There was never pressure to rush or buy. We will be using them for service and recommending our friends and family.
Great salesman,great dealership,crooked finance man. He sold me a maintenance plan and said it covered all maintenance for 75,000 miles. When they finally mailed me the contract, it was only for about 48,000 miles and did not cover everything. They waited until it was too late to opt out as I did not open the mail for about five days. They would have gotten five stars if not for the lying finance man. Too bad they had someone like that working for them.
From the time we walked through the door until the time we left, our experience with Trevor was awesome! He had wonderful customer service and made sure we were happy every step of the way. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the drive to buy a great car from great people.
